To start, I don’t have any enhancements to my lips, which is why I like to try these plumping glosses. This gloss is super shiny and a nice color, and the plumping is pleasant, it just feels like peppermint on your lips. The first picture of my lips is after initially putting it on, the second picture is a few hours later, where I think it looks like my lips got a little bigger (specifically my bottom lip)! So overall, especially for the nice low price, I love this gloss!!

I have other shades in this lip gloss range that claim to be plumping, and this gloss has a sticker on it that warns EXTREME plumping- they’re not kidding!!! It’s almost as intense as Too Faced lip injection gloss. I can’t really handle TF’s but this Essence gloss is doable, but not my favorite tingling lip product. I prefer the cooling of Tarte/Mario plumping lips as opposed to this gloss’s stinging burning sensation. It’s very gloss and the light will reflect off of the shine making lips appear bigger. These glosses were gifted to me but I wouldn’t purchase this extreme plumping one, but the regular ones yes.

I used to LOVE essence lip gloss and other cosmetics . I used their lip gloss daily and preferred it over some of the higher prestigious brand of lipgloss's until they change the formula and discontinued a lot of the colors . It is good that they added more colors but they should have added rather than discontinuing some of the brand favorites . I feel that the new colors are very sheer and not as opaque as the previous ones sold in the past. Although I do not like real sticky lipgloss I do like for it to stick and to Stay on . Therefore some stickiness/tackiness is needed and preferred because then it does stay on and last . This new formula is not lasting and the colors are too light /sheer . Non-stickyA little colorA little glossI love this product. Only thing I would change about it is making it a little glossier because I don’t want to put too much on because of the pigmentation. The packaging is so aesthetic but I think the applicator absorbs too much of the lip gloss no matter what I do. This makes me scrap the excess off the applicator on the stopper. This creates a mess. Maybe change the applicator a little bit. Other than that great product.
This really does have an extreme shine to it. I usually only wear lipgloss when I go out and other glosses tend to dry on me quick but this one doesn't. I like how big the applicator is and the tube itself is kind of cute so I probably will buy this again when I run out. The reason why I took a star off is because the gloss in the corners of my mouth tend to turn all white and stringy. It's minimal and not very noticeable but like many lip glosses I've tried it's hard to avoid. Not bad at all, and it's affordable.
I was in love with NYX mega shine in clear until they discontinued it. I tried the NYX butter gloss in clear to replace it, but I didn't like the longevity of the gloss. I had to reapply it every 10-15 minutes it seems. I decided to give the Essence extreme shine and mannnnnn!!!! I'm in love. It's super shiny, non sticky, and the application lasts awhile before reapplying. This is now my new favorite go to clear gloss!
I found these glosses to be shiny, smooth, not tacky or sticky and long wearing. Now, I say long wearing for MY needs. I drink a lot of tea, coffee and water throughout the day. I always have a drink with me. So, I frequently reapply my lipstick and gloss throughout the day. I did find that even after eating and drinking I still had a little bit of gloss left on my lips, but can not guarantee how long they last orhwrwise.The darker shades stayed put on my white coffee mugs though. I ran them through the dishwasher and there was still a residue and pigment on my cup. I was easily able to scrub it off, just too lazy to scrub before the dishwasher. ;) Anyway, I love this gloss and I would definitely recommend it to a friend, especially at such a great price point! I love these lipglosses! They are super affordable but last a lot time. I got the three shades and I adore them! I love Milky way. It's considered plumping. It doesn't make a huge difference, but it makes my lips slightly fuller and it has a cooling sensation. I love clear glosses and shimmers so I decided to buy all three! I love essence perfect for beginners and people on. a budget'
For years I used Clinique Plump lipgloss and they had the perfect color for my complexion. All of a sudden they discontinued the product color and then the product. I shopped everywhere to buy as much as I could and I have finally run out I love lipgloss. So I've been searching and buying lots of different lip glosses and colors but nothing compared until I found this. Perfect color, perfect amount of gloss and not sticky on my lips. And you definitely can't beat the price!
