Elizabeth Arden Green Tea EDP Spray 100ml

This fragrance holds a lot of memories for me. It has notes of lemon, green tea, jasmine, mint… overall a very citrusy, green, and fresh scent. It’s also very inexpensive and easy to find! I first smelled it around 20-ish years ago in my aunts bathroom at this vacation house we always went to. It reminds me of warm spring and summer days on the river, just having fun, talking and laughing, playing games and staying up late. It’s not very strong at all, and has not got much staying power. I just like it as a spritz of freshness and for the memories. It’s one of my favorites from the Arden house, and probably (other than Sunflowers) the only one I’ve purchased, or been gifted, more than once. I am absolutely devastated. This was described to me as timeless, a fresh herbal cup of tea with lemon but that is not what I get at all, sadly. This smells like Pinesol to me, I do not smell any green tea or any of the other notes that are listed, only a glaring disinfectant scent. I not super particular when it comes to fragrance, I like a wide variety of notes and it comes down to specific individual fragrances that I dislike rather than the entirety of a scent note. I usually love tea, herby and green fragrances which is what I wanted this to be. I’d love to still smell the other variations of this fragrance (especially the fig one!) but this one is just not for me.

When it comes to the scent this one is amazing! if you like green tea scents this one is for you . A somewhat simple fresh scent with a distinct green tea flavor. A scent that is not so overpowering, if you feel a little tired and sweaty, you just have to spray this perfume and I’ll tell you the lemon works amazing. The bottle is so simple with green cap and it has a nice leaf engrave on the bottle. Nothing is fancy when it come to the perfume bottle . I mean its not a type of bottle that you can display on your dresser. This perfume contains mint, lemon, bergamot, and jasmine scent. It is also very feminine and lovely that you can wear it anytime of the day.

This is one of my favorite perfumes. Its very potent so you only need a little bit for an entire day, and it does last the entire day. I actually spray it onto a cotton pad and rub that over my neck and wrists instead of spraying directly into my skin to tone down the fragrance since it can be overpowering to me. Its a bit on the pricey side but the staying power makes it worth it. It smells the same the whole day it doesnt dry down to a weird musty smell or anything, its very consistent and I like that about it. If anything, it gets only very slightly powdery by the end of the day but barely. The bottle is a super cute design like a grenade and it will last a long time. I have been wanting this perfume ever since I discovered it. I collect designer perfume, and flowerbomb was one I never owned. I also own Bon Bon by Victor Rolf too. I wanted to give this fragrance 5 stars because I love it so much. It literally smells like a flower bomb lol. Its beautiful for any time of the year. Now I finally own it in my collection. My ONLY complaint is the fact it doesnt stay. The lasting effect of the scent maybe last you two hours, then after that you cant even smell it anymore. I hate that. I try to use this sparingly, but putting very little on I cant even smell it on myself. I prefer fragrances that last. This would be my perfect scent if the staying power lasted. So back to our story today I showered because yesterday I received Viktor and Rolfs FolwerBomb Classic perfume in the mail and somehow after 4 days of quarantine this warranted me washing my hair. Now I will admit that my hygiene has been a bit aysmbal lately because lets be honest Im not leaving my house and my dog doesnt care that my hair has been in a messy bun or that Ive been in my pjs for the past four days meanwhile my boyfriend might but he is too kind to say anythingladies get you a man that loves you that much lol. Anyways, after receiving this perfume in a beautiful pink box thanks to Influenster I figured that I really should have a clean slate to try it on. So off to the shower I went In all transparency I dont normally switch up my signature scent because perfume is expensive and I dont do well with change dont ask me how Im dealing with this pandemic BUT I got this perfume for free and I knew that if I didnt like it my best friend would be waiting to take it off my hands. However, Viktor and Rolf delivered I am a floral girl through and through and this perfume isnt just a pretty bottle. The FlowerBomb Classic which is the one I chose to try today adds the perfect amount of spice to its floral notes and isnt overwhelming. My boyfriend even commented on how nice I smell though I wont use that as the measuring stick since he probably would have told me that either way lol. However, I am personally pleased with the scent and would be open to purchasing more in the future. Really its not easy describing a perfume in a review and they adjust to everyones skin differently. Therefore, my recommendation is that you go and try some for yourself once youre no longer stuck indoors. My only point of contention with the product is the plastic VR symbol on the bottle its a small point but I think it distracts from the overall look and elegance that the brand is striving to achieve In addition, I wont lie this perfume isnt cheap at roughly 55 for a travel size and 165 for 3. 4 oz bottle this certainly is an investment but as my momma always said Your perfume should whisper and not shout. Use it sparingly and the bottle should last you awhile. 3

But Im telling you if you havent tried it, Flowerbomb doesnt just smell great on people, itll smell great on you, too. And hours after the first spritz, youll break it in like a worn leather jacket. Thats when things get fun. I misted myself in Flowerbomb for the primary time before running errands a couple of weekends ago, which during this case meant doing extremely boring things while smelling sort of a bouquet of roses, jasmine, and orchids. And supposedly freesia, but does anyone know what freesia smells like I digress. And once I hit my favorite yoga class at midday, I used to be delighted to seek out that the scents more sultry notes patchouli, musk, and therefore the sweeter florals became more intense as the vinyasa flow heated up. Afterward, I wore it straight to drinks with friends, smelling sort of a calmeddown version of that initial spritz, which I fully expected would have faded by that point. I keep about seven different perfumes on rotation and none of them, not one, lasts as long as Flowerbomb. After sniffing myself for many of 1 Saturday, I was done with my test run of the perfume. Still, after my shower that night I couldnt resist dousing myself with it again.

Great fresh and clean fragrance!

Green Tea by Elizabeth Arden is affordable yet, refined. This light and airy fragrance spray has a unique and complex aroma. The scent is very fresh and clean with juicy fruit undertones. I smell notes of fresh linen, aroma therapy oils, and juicy tangerine. It comes in a sleek gloss bottle with 1.7 ounces of product. I'd highly recommend this spray for daytime wear, as an everyday fragrance, or even something that you could spray before you go to sleep. The longevity isn't long lasting but because of how affordable and easily accessible it is, I don't mind throwing it in my bag or car and respraying it throughout the day. This is a timeless scent that I can see myself repurchasing .

This is a great budget fragrance to wear in the summer time,it is fresh and energizing. It has green tea notes, floral notes, all beautifully combined in a light bouquet. The only con is it only lasts few hours, it has to be reapplied during the day.And unfortunately it became difficult to find in the shop too, I bought couple of bottles from my local chemist but didn't see it anymore since then.It is very affordable too.Good value for money.Great addition for my little fragrance collection.
