The instructions are a small sheet of paper written in broken english and hard to understand. There is only one visual illustration showing the button functions but none on what to do. If you aren't tech savvy like me you are lost, an it is easy to get into trouble It says you can reboot it back to original by inserting a pin in the small hole, but when I did, it restarted and I still had the same problem. I don't recall seeing a Technical support number. I don't recommend buying this product.

Too big.Constantly have to Format SD Card, it should do it automatically.Night vision not sure if it works due to low light.
Despite the instruction manual, I don't really know how to to put my camera to video playback mode. Although, it seems that it may not give you the option to play your recorded videos.

I am one that goes off reviews. I seen that this particular product didn't have any reviews so I found some and it had great reviews. This dash cam is amazing. It does as it says. The reason I bought this was because someone side swiped my car and lied and said it was me. Now I will have prove if anything else ever happens
