The Knibble Lite is the plastic version of the award-winning Knibble. It is a versatile tool to cut cheese without sticking, spread condiments etc, and has small forks to grab olives and such from a cheese or charcuterie board. I have had another cheese knife for years and it finally broke. I was in despair until I found this one, and it is great! It works well with a soft cheese like brie, as well as a nice brick of cheddar. It is easy to clean. Works so much better than a regular knife. Do yourself a favor and get this - you won't ever go back to using a regular knife!

I am very happy with my new cheese knife. It cuts beautifully, it is easy to clean and comfortable in my hand. Most importantly the cheese doesn't stick to it. I would highly recommend this knife.

This knife is perfect for cutting softer cheeses, like Brie. Does not stick and is plenty sharp enough. Easy to clean in dishwasher.
A great cheese knife. Hard and semi-soft cheeses don't stick to the blade. Easy to make thin slices. It's economical enough that I'm not at all afraid to use it. I'm really not sure why the felt the need to include the prongs on the front of the knife but they are easily ignored and don't detract from an otherwise great knife.
This is great for cutting chairs and for enjoying charcuterie. Where has this been! Highly recommend.
This was recommended. Gave it as a Christmas gift. Receiver loved it. Cuts pizza, cheese, etc. need to buy one for myself.
I did not expect much for the price. This is an excellent product; it does slice cheese very easily. I am extremely pleased with it!
Doesn't stick to the cheese while slicing. Have only tried it on cheddar, Gouda & provolone
Very simple and easy to use. I am a fan of the fact that it doesn’t have a sharp blades so I can take it traveling and not have to worry. Thought the value is worth the price.
