I have to say I am pleased with this product. I mean I used Dr. Scholl's corn removers before and it worked okay. But this time around I was surprised on how fast it started working. So you must be saying why give it 4 stars? Well it is due to the band-aid part of the product. When you apply the disc to the corn area on your toe you have to cover it with the band-aid provided. When you are placing the cover over the disc there is a transparent part that stay on the toe itself. Basically the transparent part separates from the cover. So you have to be carefully wrapping it around your toe or else it will need to be redone. That means you will not be able to use that same cover again. A new one has to be placed. Not the disc but the band-aid cover. It is a bit sticky ... MoreI have to say I am pleased with this product. I mean I used Dr. Scholl's corn removers before and it worked okay. I have to say this works better than expected. I mean I tried corn removers before from Dr. Scholl's and it was okay. But this I am pretty pleased with. So why give it a 4 star? The part that takes a bit of time to get a hang of is the part (cover) that looks like a band-aid but cover the disc and has a transparent film that separates from the cover. Its a bit sticky and you have to make sure it stay in tack to cover the disc completely and your toe. Because then it may not stay on correctly and you will have to redo it...just the band-aid part. But all in all a good product to use for corn removers. So yes I do recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a product that will remove corns. Try it for yourself.

I had been dealing with a buildup of thick skin on the top of one of my toes which made wearing shoes and walking painful. I had the opportunity to try the Dr. Scholl's Corn Remover pads through a manufactures promotion and happy to say, they work better than others. The Dr. Scholl's® Corn Removers with Duragel Technology worked amazingly well. With in a few days of use, the skin had softened to a point where I could actually peel it away easily. No pain, no discomfort and extremely easy to use.The corn removers contain a medication that is now available in this over the counter product. They are thin and move when bending your toes/feet. The pad was very comfortable to wear in a variety of shoes and I finally have found the relief I needed. I've tried store brands that did nothing but bunch up and cause more pain. I highly recommend this product if you are on your feet, walking a lot and even have some snug shoes. Dr. Scholl's® Corn Removers with Duragel Technology is a well known brand and an excellent product that works in days giving me the relief I needed to be active. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has callouse's, corns or a buildup of thick hard skin. It is true to it's claims!.

The Dr. Scholl's & corn removers with Duragel Technology had enough hold. The good thing about this product is the hold. They do not come off as easily or do they slide off when applied. They have great hold where they are placed. For example, I placed it on one of my toes. I was glad they held on great. The only thing I was not a fan of is the amount of time it takes to see results. Other than that the product is great on staying intact instead of sliding off the same hour. I would definitely buy this product again as the product itself has great hold.
I bought these because I was desperate. I couldn’t get in to a doctor soon enough. I knew I had to just try something. The pain was so bad I could not walk on it and it was very painful just to put pressure on it. It even hurt if I was just sitting with no pressure on it. I had two on the same foot. One big one ( on the heel ) one small one ( bottom of big toe) I really did not think these were going to work. But I needed to try something. I did need to use it 3 different times. Now I can walk so comfortably Bare foot or with socks and I am no longer limping. That horrible pain is 100% gone. They worked really well for me. Happy me.
Product is not POOR, it is absolutely GARBAGE...Dr. School's use to have years ago an excellent corn remover - those dark blue packs.I was sure that it will work this one exactly as the previous one. I bought one despite the negative review (I thought that the customer who reviewed it maybe made a mistake about the application of those pads. That customer was totally RIGHT. Waste of Money!!! Strongly do not recommend this product. Does not work at all!!! Previously use to work. Now, absolutely ZERO.
I just started use yesterday after showering and cleaning my foot really well. This review is for the product packaging and application; I'll submit another one for product effectiveness. I am treating a large corn between my second and third toe. First off, why only 5 cushions when there are 6 discs? Seems to me that there would be more "oops" with the cushions than the discs, so should be the other way around. Secondly, the application process is a little cumbersome, especially considering that we're dealing with a less-than-optimal location. The package instructions are really bare-bones and not all that helpful, and the 2-step cushion application is really prone to error and customer annoyance. This needs some re-thinking.
I came across these on clearance at a grocery store and grabbed them because I've had a very painful corn on the outside of my 4th toe. It's hard for me to see to center a regular corn pad over it- and I had even more trouble keeping a traditional corn pad in place. If I wore one without socks it would often end up wadded up on top of my toe. If I wore it with socks, I would find it stuck to the inside of my sock...In addition, the regular corn pads are way too bulky and ended up making my toe hurt worse a lot of days. These are awesome. They aren't bulky, they cause absolutely no pain, and they stay right where you want them. You can even wear sandals with them because they're practically invisible unless you're looking for it. I am a nurse and these are very similar to the 3M Tegaderm film products I love to use on wounds as a secondary dressing- because they are flush to the skin and tolerate movement without bunching or coming off. As long as you follow the directions and put in on right, these are going to work perfectly. As a matter of fact I wear mine to bed and sometimes forget I have it on until I'm in the shower the next morning & wash my feet. There is absolutely no reason for all the bad reviews except user error.
Although it can be a little bit hard to apply because the bandages can get tangled I’ve perfected my method for application. I’m a very warm tanned female and it scared me to see my skin turned white but down worry because your skin will return to normal color. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT peel the skin unless it easily lets you! I waited a day or two for the skin to dry back out and carefully picked at the edges of the circle and BAM the entire corn peeled off with ease. Now, I’ve noticed that my corns are somewhat still there (my skin where the corn was might even be darker than before I can’t remember) and I’m not sure if this is because they were so thick and damaged or because it didn’t work. I’m going to keep continuing this process as instructed and see if they ... MoreAlthough it can be a little bit hard to apply because the bandages can get tangled I’ve perfected my method for application. I recently developed a painful corn on the heel of my foot. After trying numerous home remedies, I decided to try Dr. Scholl's corn remover. The pack comes with 6 medicated "discs" which are like tiny bandaids and then a clear bandaid that goes over the top. I felt immediate relief as the bandage covered the corn and protected it while I walked. Initially I was impressed at how well the bandage stuck, but that was short lived which is the reason for my 4 stars. The directions say to leave it on for 48 hours and in order to do that, I had to tape down the edges as they kept curling up. I ended up using all 6 discs and while my corn is not completely gone, it is much smaller and not painful at all. I will be buying another pack to continue the treatment.
