Had Plantar fasciitis quite bad in my left heel, invested in a pair of these, the following morning got out of bed and walked around like normal, usuallyi can hardly walk, couldnt believe it, it took one day!!! needless to say i have them in place all the time now, the pain was very debiliatating, but not anymore.Well done scholl, spot on! Love them.

I've had achilles tendonitis for seven months now. It was at the point of being manageable but after a new injury it flared up again a week before I was due to climb snowdon. I bought these for some added support and minimise impact and honestly, they basically single handedly genuinely got me up and down the mountain again. Really great relief for the tendons, and after a few days rest I'm nearly walking normally again - would recommend!

Bought this three weeks ago, when I had some issues with my achilles and lower calf muscles after stepping up my running intensity.It does feel like they off-load your calves, as the inserts stop them from flexing as much as they would have.I have put these in both casual shoes (sneakers), stiff formal leather shoes, and in running shoes, even running a very steep and hilly half marathon. The soles stayed put the entire race and the calves feel great the day after.Sneakers and formal shoes were more comfortable with these in the heel.They may not fit all shoes equally well, although I did not have a problem with this.
I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for several months and tried all the dr recommendations, pain relief, exercise, special footwear, nothing worked. Was told next option would be steroid injections in heel. Came across these whilst browsing the internet and decided to give them a try. I cannot believe the difference, I can now wear all my shoes again. I even put them in my wellies. Pain has gone completely, will certainly buy again when these wear out. I honestly cannot believe the difference.
After struggling with pain in the back of my heel for a few weeks, I decided to give these a try. I walk every day, and had pain regularly. Sometimes my legs ached as well, taking the pleasure out of my exercise. I’m very impressed with these. They’re so comfortable, and now I’m virtually pain free. In fact, I’m going to get some more, for my other shoes. Would highly recommend.
The Scholl In-balance Heel Orthotic is certainly comfortable. I am on my feet all day which often causes considerable foot pain by night time. With these in my shoes, my feet were in a lot less pain by the end of the day.My only criticism (which probably only relates to me) is that it has quite a high arch support, which I don’t really need, so it feels like they are rolling my feet slightly inwards. I think if you needed good arch support though, these would be the perfect insert for you!I would probably consider buying these for my partner though, who needs good arch support and is often complaining about the lack of that in his shoes.
I received my Orthotic Insoles the week I started back at work after 9 weeks off. I put them in, they fit easily. But they did feel weird to walk with for two days. I work standing up all day, and sometimes do get achey feet and a bit of swelling. I’m happy to say I have nothing to report, which is a great thing as my feet have been perfectly normal after going back to work. Would definitely recommend if you work on your feet all day.
I have found these Scholl Insoles to be extremely beneficial. I have been suffering with heel tenderness & soreness for the past several months and decided to put these in my work shoes as I am always on my feet alot at work.My foot felt well supported while wearing these and I found them to be very comfortable to wear. They were very easy to use and they seemed to grip quite well to the inside of my shoes with little to no movement. After a week I have really noticed a big difference. My foot has healed quite well. It isnt 100 percent yet, but I would say that it is 90 percent better than it was a week ago. I would highly recommend these to other people who have under foot pain-ligament or tendon issues. This is a great product and I felt the difference instantly from the first time I tried it. I had a pair of cheap slip on shoes from K-Mart with virtually no cushioning at all inside, so over time I developed heel pain which affected the way I walked. i was about to throw these shoes out just prior to testing this product. After trying the "Scholl In_Balance Orthotic Insole Medium", I felt better straight away. My foot was better supported and it was much more comfortable to walk. I have used this product for a week now and am feeling much better. It is amazing how this can change a cheap pair of shoes into the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own now. I recommend this product.
