I wanted these boots for New Years. Unfortunately I hand ordered the wrong size. Tried to take it back to the store and they wouldn’t accept it. So had to send them via mail and order the right size. Still in time for New Years. But guess what, these came totally late. Still sitting in the freaking box. I have not even opened them. I want to return these too because I’m so upset

I was so excited for my boots to arrive. I had been wanting them for a long time and finally bit the bullet. But they were too small!! A rarity for someone like me who has size 5 feet. I didn’t think it would be too much of an issue. I thought I would just send the shoes back and exchange them for a size up. Despite being a well-known and —I’ll say it— pricey company, Dr. Martens doesn’t do free returns OR store exchanges. It’s 2022 and $200 for a pair of shoes should absolutely qualify for free returns or at the very least a more streamlined exchange system. I have several pairs of Docs and have wanted a white pair for a very long time. I finally decided to go with the Jadon and I absolutely love them! The platform style elevates and transforms any work or play fit.These Docs true to size for me - I wear a US size 7 and ordered the 7. Breaking them in didn't take long at all.If you're hesitant about buying these gorgeous boots, don't be. You will love them too!

I ordered this boot in white. I wear a size 9.5M so I sized down to a 9. I have to return the boots for a size 10. My toes went to the end of the toe box. Unfortunately, you can't do exchanges online. I have to order the size 10 and return the 9 to the store. Or I can pay $9.95 to mail them back. I'm ordering my size because I found the leather to be soft not rigid at all. I'll still do the breaking in period as recommended on Doc Marten's website. The same boots are on their website for double the price. I'll take these from Nordstrom Rack for $80.
These are my favorite boots of all time. I get compliments all the time and they take every outfit to the next level. Wouldn’t recommend sizing down at all. I downsized initially and was getting huge blisters. Now that I’m back at my true shoe size, the break in process has been a breeze.
My plan was to make these silver, but then I saw them in person. I never thought white would look so good . I’m keeping them as is. I love the height, comfortable out of the box, true to size ( I wish docs were a bit narrower) and they don’t get dirty fast. I wore them outside in the rain and brushed my feet against wet boxes and nothing transferred. Still WHITE. The only bad thing is I still need shiny silver boots.
I love that they knew me well enough to send the size I'd need as a first-time buyer! So happy with my purchase from the original website. Could put on, break in for half a day, then wear them all day long for a long, long, long walk. Love them. I wear 9's, they sent 8's! They knew. So, true to their sizing.
Very stylish, comfortable boots! Beware of the more narrow toe box if you have wide feet. Treat the inside leather with mink oil more than once, it helps the break in go much faster. I think overall the Jadons are more comfy than the 1460's
Have many pairs of dr martens all different styles and these along with the black Sinclair leather are my all time favs. I’m in between sizes so I’m a 4.5 after researching as these are different to my other boots I went with a 4 as recommended. Wasn’t a good idea they fit but not roomy and I got sore feet trying them on around the house my toes touched the front , So I returned for a size 5 which are a much better fit have had no blisters or sores and can wear them everyday without issues they are roomy which is better and so comfortable . Also comfortable with a pair of dr martens socks. So if your in between sizes I would recommend going a size up :)
I can’t believe I scored some jadons for half the price. I got them in black patent leather; they look chic and edgy. They are exactly what’s I was looking for. I just went with my regular size 7 in women’s and they fit. I wore high socks so it wouldn’t rub against my calves. 10/10
