I have been using it for a month, and so far, I haven't had any problems with it and am super satisfied with my investment! Many friends told me that these shoes would hurt for months until they became comfortable, but that didn't happen to me. I didn't get any blisters or pain, not even on the first day of use! They are super easy to clean, and the quality of the finish is unquestionable. I chose this model because I use it for work and preferred to invest a little more to ensure greater comfort.

Bought Crazy Horse shoes (my 4th pair), wore them less than ten times. The front of the rubber sole split from the shoe -- just broke -- so it 'flapped' as I walked. Clearly defective. And when I contacted Dr Martens for a warranty claim, they gave me the runaround for a month and ultimately disappeared.Beautiful shoes. But something's wrong with the manufacturing, and everything's wrong with the supposed warranty.

I bought these shoes for work. I have worn both boots and shoes before and lasted a long time. They look fantastic and are well made. They were well packaged and arrived quickly. They fit my feet, width and length ways. But sadly the right shoe is giving me great discomfort. It is destroying my heel. It rubs me raw, giving me huge blisters. I have tried different thickness socks, and putting plasters on to protect my heel, but to no avail. So at the moment, I can only manage to wear them for around 20 minutes before they cause me great discomfort. I am glad I bought them in the sale because I can not wear them properly. I will persevere but disappointed as they otherwise fit perfectly .
