Diptyque - Baies Scented Oval

I love diptyque. The first item I got from this brand is their Rose fragrance. Even though it did not last long time, it is still one of my favorite scents. Later on, I bought perfume roller, lip balm, hair spray... and then discovered this gem. The lasting power is great and makes my closest smell so good! The thing is a decor by itself and looks pretty. Can't recommend more!

Gorgeous scent!

Gorgeous, gorgeous scent. I keep this in our coat closet and everything smells fresh and fruity. Wonderful product, and still going strong after several months.

I guess I didn’t look carefully enough

I bought one of these a few weeks ago and it smelled great. So I ordered two more. There was no indication they were any different. When the two new ones came, they smelled awful. They are in the trash. Too bad.

Impressed by the pleasant scent

This scented oval smells very good. I'm not a huge fan of rose scented things, but the berries fragrance offset it, and creates a nice balance. It's very pleasant and smells "rich," if that makes sense. It's my first Diptyque purchase; now I see why their candles are so popular. It's not always easy purchasing anything with fragrance online, but the descriptions I read were helpful and accurate. I'm keeping the oval in my closet, and the scent makes me happy every time I open the closet door.

Just ok

I got this as part of a set and honestly would not repurchase. The scent throw is quite weak and the scent is almost undetectable after a few weeks. I kept this in my wardrobe and little bits of wax kept crumbling off. I think the room spray is a much better product.

Perfect touch for powder room

I hang this off the edge of an over-the-toilet standing shelf unit in my downstairs powder room. I love it for that purpose. It's a small area and the scent is quite potent in the very beginning (almost too much). But after a few weeks it settles down into the perfect amount of fragrance. I like to keep the bathroom door closed at all times (who wants to see into a bathroom?) however the trick is to leave the door open for the first 2 weeks so that the perfume can air out a bit. I see some of the reviewers' criticism is that it's too weak. But this is specifically designed for small spaces or even a drawer. Probably ok for small space

I got this as part of a set with the spray and candle and this was my least favourite item. The room scent is the best, with a good strong (but subtle) fragrance. The candle is fine but this is pretty unremarkable as it's too suble. I think the rooms in my house are too large for this and it does state to use this in a small space. So it's probably fine for a wardrobe and the scent is not unpleasant. It's the first time I've used a scented oval and I won't be using one again.

Scent not as strong as other products

I purchased this after buying this product in another scent and being pleasantly surprised, slightly dissapointed in this scent however. The product is not cheap and I placed it in my bathroom and can only smell it very close to product whereas other scent within clothes scents my whole room. The scent itself is beautiful just not strong enough for cost

Very disappointed

The scent was too weak to have any effect inside my house so I decided to use it in my car. I was weary about it melting but noted that it is suitable for cars due to the special heat resistant wax and it is the middle of winter so assumed it would be ideal. Day one I returned to my car to find a lump of minimally smelling wax soaking into the upholstery of my car seat. Complete waste of money.

Very good

I don’t understand the negative reviews! This is not my experience at all. I have a small (ish) bedroom and hung it in there and could smell it every day. When it faded I moved it inside the wardrobe and it really freshens everything in there now. I’ve had it for ages and it’s still scented. Maybe a bit too expensive
