Bigger isn't always better; this new pack with extra sprays really isn't worth it. Bulkier packaging and the actual spray nozzle is sub-par. It's actually difficult to depress the nozzle and the spray isn't even, very disappointed with this product and won't buy again. Will use the smaller version.

I love this product. I use it all the time for a sore throat. Easy to use and convenient to put in my handbag.

I took this with me on a recent holiday to have just in case. Both my husband and I started to get sore throats and used straight away. The spray worked and next day we where fine.
I was searching for a medicine to get rid of the inflame sore throat. I sprayed 2x every 3hrs. The medicine will numb the part where you spray. It works for me.

This one works ok, but the Difflam forte spray is so much better. This one doesn’t have a distinct taste, the forte has a beautiful mint taste, which helps open up the airways. The forte you need far less spray for a much more effective relief.
As soon as I feel a sore throat coming on a spray a few squirts in my mouth and it just stops a sore throat in its tracks, have been using for years and always keep it in the draw for when I’m feeling that sore throat coming on.
no complaints about the company it shipped from. I ordered from U.S. and it still made it to me fairly quickly. the product however isn't my favorite i'm getting my tonsils taken out and though it would help with pain while i'm waiting for surgery but it doesn't last very long
