I have owned Two Dexter knives in 35 years and it is the only brand I would recommend for those who process Salmon and Steelhead. Holds a great edge and is very easy to tune up.

Son was extremely happy with the product. Unfortunately, the parcel was sent to Para Hills, South Australia instead of Port Hedland as requested. Alternate postal request was given because it takes approximately two weeks for mail to reach destination from South Australia, though it would be faster posting in same state.
