We love this toaster! I wanted to try it over a few weeks before I did a review and can honestly say I am so glad we brought another De’Longhi toaster the previous one lasted us nearly twenty years! So well worth the money, they are hardy and look good and easy to use. Would highly recommend this product.

Easy to use, and toasts each slice completely. It's quite powerful, so even the middle heat setting is too high. The right-hand slots are hotter than the left, so if making 3 or 4 slices at once those on the right tend to be a bit burnt. It doesn't offer single-sided toasting, even though the product description on the website says it does. It looks very pretty.

Good product that does the job and looks stylish in the kitchen. Only thing that could be improved is being able to release each side of the slots separately. There's one button that pops up all 4 slots together. Overall good purchase for a good price

We needed a 4 slice toaster with bagel option and this definitely met our needs. It's simple to operate has many useful functions including a peek n IU w to see if it's ready yet. Ideal with hungry grandchildren.Whilst designed for bagels the one side roasting option (from both levers!) Is also excellent when you want your teacake only toasted on the inside. Fully recommended
Love the look of this toaster, it is stylish enough to stay on display in the kitchen. The settings are easy to understand and levels of toasting seem to be accurate as it toasts evenly to the darkness I like. It is a great addition to our kitchen and the whole toaster is sturdy and well made.
The most important thing about a toaster is surely that it toasts the WHOLE slice of bread? well this one doe, unlike many others I have used previously.Thick or thin slices, wholemeal, white or bagel, they all turn out perfectly, evenly browned every time. The fact the toaster looks great and is a fairly compact size is a very big bonus.
Good lift and depress levers with a smooth action. Roomy slots to allow for thicker bread or a sliced bagel. Heats and toasts evenly and easy access to the two rear crumb trays opened with a 'push click' action. Reasonable amount of cable and a nice no nonsence array of buttons and dial at the front. It has a good weight and sits well on the worktop.
Pros: Looks great from far but major design faults which not lead to practical usage.Cons: Should be able to see red and blue wires inside the front slots where you pull down the toaster start pulls. Based on the design, there is a gap around the top rim crumbs or small pieces of bread/toast can call into and gather.. this area is not accessed by the crumb trays so you can’t get it out. This is where you can see the blue and red wires, and worse is it’s on display lol. Rubbish and dangerous design in my opinion. We had 2 diamanté toaster kettle sets and they were made really well
