Brought it last week for a new tailor rod to upgrade my old rod I wish I had done it sooner I paired it with a BG MQ 6000 and it cast lures in the 28g to 42g range like a dream, the only part about the rod I don't like is I find the reel seat comes loose and ou have to nip it up, I dare say it is because the reel seat lock is at the bottom and my hand must knock it while casting though apart from that I highly recommend the rod for the price point

Nice build, but rod not built on the backbone. Feels good in the hand, very light but powerful.

I bought this a month ago and got onto a school of salmon yesterday, brought in 50 salmon in an hour no worries
Perfect rod for soft plastics off the beach and rocks. Can cast a wide range of weights unlike other rods in the same class, from light weight jig heads to heavier jig heads to cast out past the breakers.
Rod is great but bcf literally packed it in a cardboard box with no protection. No bubble wrap , nothing. Luckily it came intact though my friend ordered a rod online from bcf and it came snapped in half. Be wary
