Even though this item is heavy, it's great to cook with. I made a great casserole in it and a fantastic pot roast. Would recommend but it is awfully heavy. After all, it is cast iron.

Very nice dutch oven. Great quality. Bought this as a gift for a family member. I think some others will be jealous. Would buy again! Actually I may have to as it is such a great purchase.
I just received this today and opened the box to wash it. On the inside of the pan I immediately noticed several spots where the ceramic glaze is bubbling/raised. I can't tell if the coating just went over some rough spots in the pan or if it's actually bubbling. It's also much heavier than I realized it would be. Considering taking this back.
I recently purchased this braiser. Love that it is self braising. The meals I've made on it have come out quite well and it is of good quality. Love the blue color. It is heavy but cast iron is suppose to be heavy. Cleaned up nice.
What a beautiful 5 quart round braiser pan is this! It is a nice size, great quality, lovely color blue, quite hefty, looks more expensive than it is and comparable to my Le Creuset pan. The price and quality is right on with this beautiful pan and I also love the self basting lid. I am looking to purchase more in this brand to give as gifts. They will make beautiful gifts. Highly recommend.
Great cast iron pan, I love it but paid too much money for it. Found it at the distributor outlet for half the price. The only consolation is that it matches my other dutch oven pots. Next time Ill shop more carefully. Thank you, Erlinda Muriel

Just love this pan great brasier good size for family of four pot roast dinner it’s heavy but what do you expect for cast iron well made love the red color
