Crank Brothers Mallet BOA Clip-In Shoes Navy/Grey US 9

The Crankbrothers Mallet BOA clip shoe looks great both on the race track and in the bike park. The innovative Match system optimizes engagement for any MTB clip system, whether Crankbrothers or SPD. The shoe comes pre-assembled with a Match shim and Crankbrothers cleat in a neutral position, allowing it to be used immediately with Crankbrothers pedals. Match Box The angled Match cleat box provides easy access to the pedals from the front and back, preventing mud from entering. An extra stiff carbon fiber shaft efficiently transfers power when climbing or sprinting. Match Compound The medium-friction rubber compound (MC1) allows for easy entry and exit from the pedals and is durable enough to withstand wear. The radial cleat pattern around the cleat ensures smooth disengagement from the pedal body. Match Outsole The tread is designed for traction off the bike. Direction-specific angled and spaced toe and heel lugs provide grip when climbing and descending in steep terrain. The tapered toe area ensures stability in steep conditions. Closure System The BOA Fit System offers a micro-adjustable precision fit designed for the toughest conditions. High-Quality Materials Crankbrothers shoes feature a synthetic upper made from high-quality materials for breathability, protection, and comfort. Perforated materials and mesh windows provide ventilation to keep feet cool in hot weather and dry quickly in wet conditions. Reinforced TPU in the toe area offers protection against rock strikes and impacts.
