Crampeze Leg Cramps & Spasms contains Viburnum Opulus, an antispasmodic (Cramp Bark) traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help relieve night cramps and mild muscle spasms & twitches. It contains Ginkgo Biloba to support blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body (legs, hands and feet). Ginkgo Biloba acts as an antioxidant, reducing free radicals formed in the body. It also contains magnesium for magnesium supplementation, to support energy production and to maintain muscle function. INSTRUCTIONS Adults - take 2 capsules twice daily with water. Crampeze is an excellent supplement to prevent night cramps. I have been taking 1 Crampeze capsule per night for the past 7 years. At one time tried stopping it. After 2 days of stopping Crampeze I started getting severe night cramps again. I re-purchased Crampeze and after 3 days of restarting the supplement, my night cramps vanished! I will never stop Crampeze again. It is a real “life and sleep” saver for me.

This product really works for me. After standing/ shopping on concrete floors, I know I will get leg cramps during the night. In these instances, I take a capsule before bed to avoid cramping altogether.If I get an unexpected cramp through the night, one capsule will relieve the cramp within about ten minutes.
