Perfect. A little higher investment to that of Amazon and Ebay but the quality of material is worth every cent extra.

I wanted a cover to protect the paintwork and interior. The cover appears to do that adequately, but it does have some limitations. For example, the instructions state that the cover should NOT be placed on a wet vehicle. In addition, the cover should NOT be placed on vehicles with weathered paintwork which has just been polished. Why is that a concern?

bought for a BF falcon-covers entire car and seems to be made from a sturdy material-IS NOT WATERPROOF! This cover let’s in water (review written on a rainy day), if you are keeping the car outside with no car port/ garage available - after rain pull the cover off and dry your car and cover with a blower or you’ll get rust as the cover creates a humid climate. 100% is not water proof as stated.

It’s ok for the money.Adjustable straps on both front and rear does holds firmly even on extreme wind condition. How ever lots of dust get in through the sides. It’s does protect from rain water getting in however if high pressure water held directly the water is getting in.
Despite not being the weather proof car cover, I bought this as my sunroof had been broken and we were about to get wild winds so had to take canopy down and was on a little budget. I was worried it would fly away in the storm winds but it stayed on, the front clip moved from under bumper to wheel well but that was a lot better than i was expecting in 100km/h winds. No dust/dirt got under from the wind either which was also surprising.
By far the worst thing I have ever purchased I returned it within 48 hours of buying it after it damaged the paint on my $100,000 vehicle. The plastic black clip will scratch your bumper from the front and back and the water will sit on top of the car until to sinks through the padding and onto your car paint leaving you with massive water bubbles on your bonnet I don't recommend this to anything for any car it's horrible!
It’s not waterproof, but for me it just covers my old car out the front to keep it from prying eyes. Not really suitable for protecting your vehicle.
This car cover is reasonable value for money but it's nothing special. The material is not soft enough on the inside and with the wind blowing on the cover it might be slightly abrasive on the paintwork. Also the size is "Xlarge" but it needs to be a bit bigger to completely cover an FG XR8.
This is slightly smaller than old xl cover. Although it has straps that tighten each end it allow the cover to move (flap) along the sides between the wheels. This may cause damage to the paint. Older model held quite well around ends with elastic and strap in the middle under vehicle provided limited movement against the paint.
I purchased this product as a present for a friend, after just two days the securing straps parted company with the cover despite the vehicle being in a protected area. I had no problem exchanging it, however, I am now going to get the straps strengthened where they attach to the cover in the hope that they don’t fail again. I would suggest that the straps are better secured to the cover or better still have the straps stitched all the way around the cover and add two more that would fit between the wheels.
