COSRX - Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser - 20ml

Generally Cosrx SA face wash is the best. Been using it for 4 years, but I’ve bought it from other stores including the Cosrx LazMall shop. Here’s my take on this face wash from CosmoHaven. This is my first time buying the face wash from CosmoHaven. And I’m unsure if it’s original or not :( From my image, the face wash on the left is the one I’m using and I bought from original Cosrx Lazada shop. Haha but yea, I’m giving the face wash a hint of doubt from CosmoHaven :( Would give it a 2/5 stars

My skin is oily and acne-prone, with a lot of oil and hidden acne, inflammatory acne, and blackheads, so using Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser is quite suitable for the company's criteria. First, when opening the lid of this product, there is a characteristic tea tree scent, not too strong. For those who do not like scents, the smell of this product may be a bit unpleasant. Personally, I don't like it or can't use it. I focus on a more relaxing massage and the smell quickly disappears. The foaming level is also extremely good, you only need a small amount of product to create enough foam for the whole face, penetrating deep inside, optimally cleansing the skin. After washing my face, my facial skin feels neither dry nor too soft, but just soft enough. With such cleaning effect, you should use it at night before going to bed or when you just come back from the street, and in the morning, just take ⅓ of the amount of facial cleanser you usually use to clean your skin, because at this time it's fine. The skin does not have too much dirt and sebum like during the day.

Gamechanger for oily acne prone skin

I've been very fortunate and never really had any issues with acne etc. However, due to an underlying health issue, I started to get frequent bouts of acne on my face. I tried countless products; nothing worked. Infact I felt the constant chopping & changingbetween products made things worse.I did a little research and found salicylic acid was good for Acne. I tried this product roughly 1 ½ ago and I've not used anything else for my face since. I don't want to sound dramatic, but this product really changed my life. The constant acne breakouts were despairing and this product really turned things around !!

It's ok but probably not for sensitive skin

Sensitive combination skin here. I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, I don't think I reacted to any of the essential oils present in the formula (no signs of dermatitis or other allergic reaction, no puffiness, no overall redness), but I think the concentration of salicylic acid may just be a little intense for my skin, as it stings around my eyes when washing off even when I try not to get it near them, and I have also experienced some peeling under my brows the day after using this. It does get rid of my sebaceous filaments, but I don't think it does anything for my whiteheads, if anything when I use it more than one day in a row it messes up my skin barrier which makes them worse. age: 20skin: acne prone combination skinthis is an absolute game changer. ive had this for less than a week and it has imporved my skin SIGNIFICANTLY. my skin had a bad reaction to a moisturizer and this literally has changed my life. if you are thinking of purchasing, do it. i cannot recommend this enough. i use this 4 times a week, once in the morning and then at night, and then double cleanse with a regular moisturizer so i dont overexfoliate. if you are suffering from inflammed, irritated acne, you NEED thisthe first picture was the day i began using it. the second is literally three days later. my acbe began drying up and it looks significantly less red
