I don't usually give bad reviews, but unfortunately, I feel that I have to for this gaming chair because it actually has a safety fault, and people using this chair needs to be aware to reduce the chances of injury.Just wanted to note, this review is against the chair, not Umart. Umart staff has been nothing but prompt and helpful with my enquiries and warranty claim.I bought this chair a couple of weeks ago. Umart was quick to locate the stock and the chair was ready for pick up within days. The staff was very polite and helpful and carried the bulky packaging into the boot of my car. (Thanks Umart).I put the chair together that night. The instructions were ok, I would say IKEA has clearer instructions than this chair. Stickers were covering screw holes? (Thanks Umart).I put the chair together that night. The instructions were ok, I would say IKEA has clearer instructions than this chair. Stickers were covering screw holes? (to which I later found out that's the serial number sticker and I needed that to make a warranty claim). The screws took a few goes before it went in and tightened correctly. I am a capable handyperson with my own set of tools, and I often put furniture together myself, so I'm inclined to say it's not me, it's the chair. Finally I get to the wheels, and 1 wheel kept falling out. I investigated and noted that the washer is missing from the wheel. Took a look around the packaging and my work area and no washer was found, so safe to say, it came missing. I didn't think it would matter too much, seeing I would be sitting on the chair, and the wheel shouldn't fall out if there's weight on the chair. Gravity will keep the wheel in the bracket!I was wrong. When I slide the chair forward whilst sitting in the chair, the balance of the chair tips, and the loose wheel just falls out. IF the wheel fell out at the back, and I leaned back, the chair tips backwards to a point that if I hadn't grabbed onto something up front, I would have fallen backwards with the chair (that did happen). I have a good quality carpet protector, so it isn't the wheels gripping onto the carpet, but the wheels somehow isn't as smooth as it should with weight on the chair (I'm under the weight 120kg weight limit), and the wheels lock, just a little, just enough to make the chair tip towards the direction your sliding, and the wheel in the opposite direction gains some air to fall out.Umart was very helpful with the warranty claim, but unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide spare parts (a replacement wheel or washers for the wheel). Umart offered a small refund for me to fix the chair, and I did.Thinking this would fix the issue, but sadly, even with the wheel staying in the bracket, the wheels (all wheels, not just the one I fixed), locks a little with the weight, and tips, steep enough to give someone a quick wake up call.I'm sorry Umart, you were great, but this chair really isn't. I've had many chairs with wheels before, and this one is by far the worst in terms of how well it rolls. The fact that it locks when it shouldn't and tips is a safety issue, and I strongly feel CoolerMaster needs to review the design near the wheels and the brackets. Other parts of the chair is pretty standard for a gaming chair. I guess you get what you pay for seeing there are gaming chairs that costs 3 to 4 times to this one, but I would definitely not recommend this chair or buy furniture with wheels from this brand again.

Pretty comfy. Really like the perforated PU material and it lays flat. Very nappable! Really happy with this chair. The colours are very nice. Once u assemble a gaming chair they are all pretty similar. A bit fiddle but not difficult at all. I would recommend this chair model to smaller frame people though. Fits me (160cm and normal weight range) perfectly but my friend who is much taller and heavier didn’t seem to fit as well.
