Actually spill-proof!

This has quickly not only become my daughter's favorite cup,but the only cup she wants to take to school. It has the absolute cutest design of dogs and cats that I've ever seen. I appreciate the fact that it's BPA free, and super easy to clean. What I love about this most is that it is ACTUALLY SPILL-PROOF!!! My daughter has autism, and I have bought countless brands and types of cups over the past 13 years, all claiming to be leak and spill proof- but none of them actually were. We have finally found a cup that doesn't spill or leak at all. And I love how easy they made the push button to fold in the straw so it doesn't get dirty. I couldn't possibly recommend this cup enough. If you have little ones that spill everything, you have to try this!!!

Begrudgingly keeping this

My 2 year old likes the button feature. He can actually open and close it, unlike “manual” mechanisms. HOWEVER, two things really annoy me: the adhesive they use for the label is a pain to remove. Does not remove easily and leaves the plastic cloudy. We have an Instahot, and near-boiling water alone wasn’t enough to remove this stuff. I was hesitant to try anything more than vegetable oil or baking soda paste since it’s my kid’s water bottle. Second annoying thing is the lack of care instructions on the label. It gives you a QR code to VIDEOS. Just tell me if this is hand wash only I don’t care about your videos and going back to the product page is time I don’t want to spend. In short, I feel stuck with these bottles for the time being since my toddler can open ... MoreMy 2 year old likes the button feature. He can actually open and close it, unlike “manual” mechanisms. Contigo for the win

Like most parents, we have been through ALOT of water cups for our toddler boy. We've delt with leaking issues, hard to clean problems and products not being bite proof. The Contigo Aubrey Kids Water Bottle, Blue Raspberry Skater is the best one I've tried thus far. It definitely is leak/spill proof. Also, it's easy to clean straw is a pleasant surprise. Yet the best fiture of all, is that it's one piece. The straw and stopper all snap and twist together. So basically you can't lose the pieces. You don't have to worry about the straw falling off the spout and having to fish it out to re attach. And it's all dishwasher safe!Another cool design feature is the spout can be tucked away so it can stay clean. So if you have a bitter just wait till that phase has passed.

Excellent water bottle!

I am very pleased with this Contigo Aubrey Leak-Proof Spill-Proof Kids Water Bottle,(Azalea Llama Love.) My daughter loves this cute water bottle. I really like that the straw features a spill-proof valve. I’m a on-the-go mom and this is great for use in the car. It prevents so many spills even if my daughter holds the bottle upside down. What’s also great about this water bottle is that it’s easy to clean. You can simply put all parts in the top-rack of your dishwasher because its dishwasher-safe. The lid can easily be disassembled to be cleaned and get to the nooks and crannies in which dirt and grime might accumulate. Overall it is very good quality and I highly recommend this.

It doesn’t get any better

Can’t love this enough. Bought these when my toddler was 8 months. He’s now 3.5. We have 3 of them & just now needed to replace as 2 started leaking out the button area. Received the new ones & comparing them to old ones, wow, ours have worn down ALOT! Still going to keep them as the leaking isn’t constant. But it was enough to get annoying & we figured we got our money worth out of them for sure. Especially considering one flew out of the truck on the highway going 75mph. One got ran over by my suv. Plus several throws across the house, concrete, etc. we did have to get a new lid once as the handle broke not long after buying it, reached out to customer service seeing if we could get a replacement lid, they sent a whole new cup!! I was amazed. Another reason we’re ... MoreCan’t love this enough. Bought these when my toddler was 8 months. He’s now 3.5. One brand that I would advertise for and actually mean every word. Plus I hate writing reviews but here I am😉

My Favorite Water Bottle

I ordered this Aubrey Kids Water Bottle from Contigo for my daughter who is almost four years old. I have used Contigo in the past and will continue to use them in the future. This is our favorite water bottle! One of my favorite things about this water bottle is the cool design. This design has dogs doing things and it is so cute. I like the new spout design which is easy to use and easy to clean. I must mention that I didn’t read the instructions for this water bottle before using it and I didn’t know that the lid came apart for thorough cleaning. It is also spill proof which is a must have with a toddler. It is BPA free and is safe in the dishwasher which is very important to me as a busy mom. It is also the perfect size for my daughter to take to preschool. ... MoreI ordered this Aubrey Kids Water Bottle from Contigo for my daughter who is almost four years old. NOT for BITERS or Teething child

I am a mom of two, daughter is 22 months and son is 4 years old. Both loves to drink water and just water. I can tell you how many brands and water bottles I've gone through because they damage the straw/mouth piece. I've invested a lot of money in search of their perfect water bottle - why? Because they simply drink more water if they like the bottle and they prefer straw over spout. They're not teething anymore, but has a terrible habit of biting down hard. Contigo autospout is their first "big kid" bottle and the designs are so cute and functional. What I should've done is checked for feasibility to replace just the mouthpiece, I was unsuccessful in my search and reached out to the company for help. Contigo autospout is their first "big kid" bottle and the designs are so cute and functional. What I should've done is checked for feasibility to replace just the mouthpiece, I was unsuccessful in my search and reached out to the company for help. I was lucky that they offered a replacement for both blue and cotton candy, but you don't get a fedex tracking though just a notification email that it is mailed. Unfortunately one was lost and tried to reach back out for tracking info or assistance several times to no avail. But the replacement I did get was for the ENTIRE bottle, not just the cap or mouth piece, I was a little upset at how wasteful this solution was. Contigo - please think of a better replacement solution for parents like me, where I can purchase the mouth piece or atleast the cap like other companies. I understand making the mouthpiece removable is a concern for choking hazard, if you see how chewed off my daughter's bottle is you'll be more concern that's a choking hazard(the picture shows like 20% off, now it's like 70% but no longer being used). Conclusion - If your child does not not chew/bite their bottle, this is a great choice!! But if they do, just know it's not bite-proof and replacement is not available in the market and it's done as a whole making it wasteful.

Poorly made product.

First off, PLEASE listen to the recommended age for this bottle. I did not do this and greatly regret it. My littles are very destructive with their stuff no matter how many times I try to teach them to be gentle with their belongings. Secondly, this bottle is fully dishwasher safe, but that is the only good quality about it. The materials are poorly constructed, and none of it is very durable. [SEE IMAGES]. The second week of having this product, my two and a half year old was able to bite off her sister’s straw/nipple/thingamabobber. She then went and threw her bottle enough times where the handle just broke right off of hers. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

WorldTraveler

Both of our kids (2 and 6y/o) love these bottles. We love them because the straws stay attached to the lid when cleaning, so less parts to go missing. The biggest complaint is the silicone mouthpiece, which has no replacement. Our nearly 2 y/o has already chewed it up and essentially you must get a new bottle, as Contigo doesn't even sell just a new lid/straw setup. It definitely is a lot of waste to do this and perhaps they could take a page from Thermos' book to be able to replace the silicon parts as they wear out. The final complaint is the base is a little large and may not fit into most of the "standard" size cup holders in car seats. We had two seat brands it didn't work work, and finally it fit in our older son's booster seat. Otherwise, we love the product.
