Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Intensive Bi-Phase Serum, 30 ml

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I've never had issues with dry skin (combo skin more on the oily side) but randomly started getting dry patches. I tried tons of different serums and oils with no long term luck. Used the Sephora check boxes to narrow down skin problems with a product, which brought me to this stuff! Does exactly what it says. Really nice serum that doesn't make you too oily and works great with other lotions. Makes my skin look great and got rid of the dryness within a few days. Glad I found this stuff, will def repurchase!

I was given a sample of this serum when I was making a purchase of another product. I was sceptical because my skin is frustratingly sensitive and prone to breakouts and reactions to so many products. I have combination skin with a very oily forehead, moderately oily nose and chin and dry cheeks. I also deal with flaking skin on the sides of my nose and between my eyebrows. I tried the serum all over my face and after 34 days, my skin seemed to be improving in all of those areas. The sample lasted about a week, so Im not sure why another reviewer said she only had 2 days worth The instruction card said to use 1 drop from the dropper and thats what i did. After a week of using this, my oily and dry areas seemed to have become more even and I had more normal skin. The flaky areas were almost gone and my sensitive skin did not react...no irritation, no breakouts, no rashes...WOW After I ran out of the sample, my skin returned to its previous state oily, dry combo and the flaking within about 3 days. I went back to Shoppers and bought a bottle of this serum. I think the price is pretty high, but to me, its worth it. I cant begin to guess at how much money Ive spent on products that dont work, or make my skin issues worse. Its now been over a week since I purchased the full sized bottle and Im still as impressed as ever. Im so happy that I was given a sample to try because I would never have bought it at regular price. I had pretty much given up on all the claims that products make and dont deliver. Okay, okay, Ill stop gushing about this serum. The new bottle with the NEW FORMULA doesnt have the logo Clarins written over the title Eau Dynamisante. Any picture showing logo Clarins over it is misleading. I was hoping to find that bottle with the old formula that I adore and have worn since 1987, but it is gone for ever. Clarins has readapted their formula to comply with new cosmetology regulations of the E.U. and all the magic of the old formula is gone. This one doesnt stick more than 30 minutes on my skin and the scent is much more masculine. I am sad it is gone but then, having read the new E.U. cosmetology regulations which appear very good, I am wondering what was in the old formula that had to be taken away and caused this fragrance and fixative to change so much. So... is it that one product was unhealthy and shown to be promote cancer I would certainly like to know..... in any case, after 27 years, it is BYEBYE BELOVED OLD FORMULA I will take any suggestions of products that could substitute for the loss.

I don't know if I've ever been more satisfied with a skincare product. My skin is dry, but gets hella oily throughout the day. Basically, I can get dry, flaky areas while still being able to blot. The struggle to find products that don't make me more oily, but provide enough moisture has been ridiculous. This serum is IT!! It's March in Canada with -10C windy weather and I haven't seen a single dry spot since day 1 of using this product! I follow it with Belif Moisture Bomb and it seems to be a power combo for me. Don't walk away from this product- try it!! It's blown my mind, and I've tried an insane amount of highly rated products. A+++.
