So many great things about this:1. It clarifies REALLY well2. It’s a great price3. It’s colour safe!! It won’t ruin your dye/toner. I worry about clarifying shampoos stripping the blonde toner out of my bleached hair but this one doesn’t.

My daughter’s hair had turned like straw from all the chlorine exposure from swimming training. It was dry and gummy feeling and just so full of build up - it was gross. I had tried a bunch of shampoos and other treatments/remedies with no luck. With the first wash I could feel the lather getting a bit slimy, so I hoped that meant it was working. I have started using this shampoo since working at a pool about 6 months ago. I will spend up to 6 hours in the pool with my hair wet and this product has helped remove so much of the chlorine after every shift. Within this time it has helped prevent my hair from lightening substantially and protected it from chlorine damage once dry. Of course nothing will 100% protect your hair from the damage of chlorine, but this has been the best product to remove it. I usually then use the Davroe hair mask after shampooing.
I usually like Davroe products but this really caused my scalp to become inflamed and itchy, I had so many flakes all over my hair after washing that I had to rewash my hair straight after, I've never had this issue before. Unfortunately this product didn't work for me.
I have colour treated hair (bleached) - and the oldest copper pipes in the world pumping my water supply into the shower. I also have taken to using some products to help strengthen my hair, and add volume... so I've started to worry about build up. This stuff cleanses WELL... code for you WILL need an awesome conditioner afterwards. In the shower it makes my hair feel terrible - until the conditioner goes on... but it works.
There are better deep cleaning products out there. I found that I had to use a great deal of product and 3 shampoos to get my hair clean. It was a waste of product and time to do three shampoos when I have used other products that did the job in one lather.
Works a treat. Great for getting out the hardest of hairspray, chlorine and also taking out the over-processed ashiness of my toning. Smells lovely and leaves your hair dramatically softer and even feels stronger. Only use this once a week/ten days/when buildup occurs though - it’s not an everyday shampoo. Recommend a good conditioning mask the wash after using + some leave-in conditioner.
I think I’ve tried about 12 different clarifying shampoos and finally this is the best one! So many don’t properly cleanse the hair, or they strip it so much. This really cleanses away oil and dry shampoo, but it doesn’t strip your hair. It feels soooooo refreshing! And very good price point too
This is the best product to use before colouring your own hair! It will strip your toner and you can see a bit of excess hair dye previously used leaving your hair when you wash with it. It wont dramatically change your hair. My hair is a 6-7 and I always use this now before dying my hair to get my scalp and hair really clean before adding another colour or toner. I absolutely love this shampoo! It is drying but once you colour and condition your hair will return to normal. Great product!!!
