Initially purchased the FireChef Chef’s knife and absolutely loved it. However, I wanted a smaller knife for finer work. When the Chef’s Petty was released, I had to purchase it same day. A fantastic knife, sharpest knife I have ever used and of the best quality, you can be very precise with it. I use it in my kitchen at home. Oz Braai shipped it very quickly, a 10/10 for product and service.

Awesome knives, craftsman second to none. Super sharp, amazing quality and beautifully presented in a very well made leather case. Everyone we show them to is super impressed. Engraving was an lovely personalised touch. Canvas pouches also great if wanting to just take away an individual knife. Definitely recommend!!

Specifically requested this for my birthday and the knife does not disappoint. I mainly wanted it for camping (from watching the Fire To Fork vids) but haven't been able to pry it out my wife's hands and it seems it's home is in the kitchen (for the time being). It's really well made and razor sharp. Cuts through beef like butter. The sheath it comes with is also well made and a great consideration so that you don't lose a finger looking for it the knife drawer. Love this knife and would highly recommend it.

I got this knife as part of the complete knife pack I purchased. My partner used it for the first time over the week end and instantly packed up all her other knives and put these out instead. A great little knife that is weighted just right and as sharp as you would ever want. Oz Braai responded quickly and the package was her inside the week. great knife great service
Hi Clinton,Although I have only used the FireChef knife a few times at present, I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I like the blade shape, sharpness, grip and weight of the knife. The presentation is Great and I like the sheath, keeps blade covered when not in use. I am looking forward to further use over the Easter period. I was also amazed at how quickly it arrived, top service. I am also looking forward to using my Grill over this period.

Super happy with this knife. Its extremely sharp and well made. The blade is a little heavy but I dont mind. Handle is sturdy and looks like it will stand the test of time. I was pleasantly surprised with the sheath. I received it as a fathers day present so it was engraved. Engraving is excellent and the font suits the knife. Packaged well and the care instructions were clear and easy to understand.
Very happy with the Chef's knife. I bought it for my camping kit but its not made it out of the kitchen so far. I find it very reminiscent of the old carbon steel/wood handled Victorinox knives (which haven't been on the market for decades) my Dad taught me to sharpen. Strongly recommend the knife sharpener as well. I have used stone and steel all my life but this thing is a game changer. Problem is now both my kids want their own knives and sharpeners....Would love to see a Combo deal with Chef's and Petty with sharpener.
I purchased the the two knife bundle for a Birthday gift and I am beyond amazed with these knives, so good that I will be purchasing more as gifts in the future. They are far superior to similar looking ones on the market. They were bought to my attention by a You tubing cook that I watch frequently - Highly recommend.
