Great pan! Once properly seasoned this pan is stick free and perfect for searing and frying. I use it stove top and camping, whether it's fire grilling or Coleman stove. Can't beat the value, it will last me a lifetime!

Great pan, after seasoning is naturally non stick. A bit heavy though so need two hands to lift it, but there is an additional loop handle which is helpful.
Steel frypans are in my opinion the best if washed correctly ( no detergent or scourers ). After a while they turn black and non-stick and have the flavor of a BBQ.
needs a fair bit of oil but almost nonstick and cleans pretty easily. Cools a lot quicker than cast iron (it is comparably thin). Good handle. Pretty heavy overall so I am getting a good workout.
If You want a hard hitting pan that can take the abuse this is for you. It’s solid and will give u that restaurant style food you are after.
My main gripe is that the bottom is not flat, so on my ceramic cooktop the center always gets hotter than the rest of the pan. Would be fine for gas but not electric. Otherwise its good to go
Just bought two of the Chef Inox black steel pans for home, omg they are fantastic and give that nice crisp outer when using them!
