Pan is much heavier than I anticipated. Food tends to stick when cooking and can be difficult to clean.
This top quality French cast iron cookware it is easily as good, if not better, than Le Creuset at a fraction of the price. Le Chasseur cookware is made of cast iron; this material efficiently retains heat so that cooking is uniform. I enjoy my Le Chasseur cookware so much; I use a piece almost everyday! Happy cooking!
