I normally prefer to take targeted supplements rather than multi vitamins as I find they work better for me. These supplements have an impressive ingredients list which includes Biotin, Selenium and Zinc which I normally take in gummy form. There are 30 tablets, so a month's supply as they are 1 a day. I found these tablets to be quite large so if you have difficulty swallowing tablets, you may struggle with these although they do have a smooth coating on them. I personally prefer gummies over tablets as they are nicer to take! I haven't noticed any real advantages from taking these vitamins so far and have actually gone down with a heavy cold whilst taking them so they certainly didn't help my immune system! I have not felt a boost in my energy levels either. I don't suffer with menopausal symptoms so cannot comment on whether they help with that but others have said that their hot flushes seemed to be less frequent. I probably wouldn't repurchase these vitamins as I find that the supplements that I normally take work better for me. Centrum GB have a range of products to suit different stages of life. You can find out more on their website.

These are some good quality multivitamins. The packaging is bright and colourful and lists the different benefits from taking these. The bottle contains 60 tablets which is enough for 2 months. The tablets are quite big and I was worried they would be difficult to swallow and it took me a while to get used to. You need to take lots of water to help. These vitamins are targeted for women under 50. I received these multi vitamins from Influenster. I already use Centrum vitamins and know how good they are. They have updated the packaging which looks great. The bottle contains 60 tablets which is enough for 2 months worth. The actual tablets are quite big and can be a struggle to swallow at first. Just make sure you take lots of water with it to help. These vitamins are especially targeted for women. As we age we require more energy and help with our immune system. These vitamins have a lot of different vitamins and the daily recommend amounts; which is helpful if you’re not getting these vitamins and minerals from food alone. Multivitamin for women under 50

These vitamin tablets have 23 different nutrients tailored for women under 50 to support health and wellbeing. I usually take a chewable vitamin, as I am not great at swallowing tablets. The first thing I noticed is how big the tablets are….they are HUGE. However I was quite surprised at how easy they are to swallow with a glass of water. When reviewing the box, I noticed that the Nutrient Reference Value of the different nutrients have a higher percentage than my usual chewable vitamin. I have been using these for about a month and unfortunately I haven’t really noticed a difference in myself. Although I usually take a multivitamin everyday and so maybe that is why I haven’t noticed a difference. I would however buy these vitamins again as I like how they provide a ... MoreThese vitamin tablets have 23 different nutrients tailored for women under 50 to support health and wellbeing. Packed with vitamins

I'm very happy to have recieved these supplements from Influenster as I have been meaning to start introducing taking vitamin tablets into my routine. After trying these out for around a week, I do feel a slight difference. Mainly in the form of tiredness and fatigue. I do hope to see a greater change the longer I take them. I'm hoping to provide positive updates after a month of use. There are 60 tablets included in the bottle, making for just about 2 months of doses. I think this is decent for the price point and the different vitamins that are packed into this product. The size of the tablets are quite big. Personally, I havent had an issue with swallowing them but anyone that has a problem with taking larger tablets might want to be cautious with these.
