I have had this watch for one month (Christmas present). It keeps time well enough and it is not difficult to set up, but two things concern me. Firstly the face of the watch is poorly lit, it needs to be in a strong light for me to see the time. This may be due to the battery running low, if so this shouldn't be the case with a brand new watch. (Neither is the backlight very effective). Secondly the bracelet clasp is not very reliable, it doesn't always feel securely closed - on one occasion the watch fell off my wrist, luckily no damage done. Given Casio's reputation I expected better.
I love these watches. Take it out of the bag and put it on my arm. Don't take it off until it falls off or stops. Usually min 3 years. Treat it like you stole it it's tough.
I've used this model of Casio digital watch for many years, and my recent purchase was my third. Not liking bulky wristwatches for men, for me this ticks all the boxes. Not only is it incredible value for all its features and style, but it has all I need in a wristwatch: light and compact, back-lighting when needed, and all the usual features of stopwatch, alarm etc. It keeps very good time, and needs to be reset a few seconds to exact time every few months if one desires, and that is done very easily. Overall, I wouldn't keep buying this watch if it didn't meet all my needs: style, function, lightweight, compact, and exceptional value for money. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Bought the watch a couple of weeks agoThe watch is really nice! No doubt! It gives off the vintage look/classy lookThe screen/watch face is dark and hard to tell the time. However, it’s a vintage watch, you have a light you can press on to view the time. Anyone that says “it’s too dark to see the time”.Forget them! Watch is really nice! Old school vibe!5 out of 5
It is unfortunately a lot smaller in person and only really suited to a very small wrist. Not really a mens watch in my opinion. Face is very hard to see. Would be great to have a larger face / means version
