Often sugar free means code for flavour absent moisture lacking The experience just not as good But MSF are none of these things. It's everything they say they are and more. More flavour much crunchy Macadamia more melt in the mouth experience just MORE. Than you BBC, I for one am grateful I don't have to have second rate because of my diabetes

I have been buying these for years. Just the right texture, delicious taste and low on sugar.I used to get them at Coles but they do not stock them anymore. So after searching everywhere I was just thrilled when I saw I could order through Byron Bay Cookie Company. They know to stock only the best quality products!

Being an insulin dependant diabetic I love shortbread but cannot eat it, except for the Butterfinger Brand Sugar Free Shortbread. It is the best shortbread I have ever tasted and would highly recommend both the Plain and Macadamia Shortbread Fingers. They are sweet, buttery and melt in your mouth. I will continue to order these biscuits as my little treat with a cup of tea. So if you are Diabetic or just trying to watch your weight, this is a delicious guilt free treat. Very quick delivery and cookies are packaged really well to avoid breakages.
For some reason, decent shortbreads are rare in Queensland except around Christmas. Yes there are some forgettable and near tasteless commercial varieties, but nothing worth the calories. These Byron Bay macadamia shortbreads are just about perfect.
Shortbread should be sweet but not too much. There should be a melt in your mouth moment as the flavour hits your tongue, then there's the macadamia crunch & creamy taste we all love mmmmm it's a moment you lose yourself in.........divine. Is there room for improvement, well I'm not sure, maybe a choc chip, but nothing too overwhelming the experience that you have now. Maybe a bigger biscuit maybe a round biscuit.
These are my one and only favourite biscuits. Important to me are the natural ingredients (real butter !) and a sugar % that's just right . No trans fats. Australian macadamia. Only trouble is my local Coles does not stock any more so I have to get them online.
Just because I love BBCC's cookies does not mean I MUST force hubby to eat all that I love.Hence, I needed to satisfy his Coffee drinker's palate and find an appropriate cookie accompaniment, of which, at his request, were these wicked, rich Triple Choc Fudge bites. He is in love and now has quietened down for a while due to the 1Kg pack.Long may they last, but not holding my breath.
Ever since I received my first Milk Choc Chunk Byron Bay Cookie after donating blood at Red Cross, I was completely sold that Byron Bay Cookies are the best cookies in Australia! Several online orders later (haha) and nothing has changed! Keep doing what you're doing! Amazing products and amazing customer service!
