Buddy Doorstop Set

Love, love, love my little door buddies. They are very sturdy so do a great job being easily slipped under any door frame. The head helps you position the little guys very easily. Not just functional, they also look so cute whether they are under the door or lounging on the carpet or laminate. They make me smile every time I see them and cannot recommend them highly enough. All the family loves them too and they attract lots of compliments.

Very cute but no use against a heavy door and wood floor. I was hoping there would be some grip but the hard smooth texture of these door stops just slides on the floor.

If a door hinges squeak, you oil them and then the doors won't stop swinging closed! So, with that being the case, I required something to keep a couple of doors open/ajar, especially when I was running my multi-fuel stove.Initially, I was of the mind that I wouldn't find any kind of door stop that I could bear to see (think stuffed animals, cast iron affairs or overly-large bean-filled fabric horrors), but then I found these Door Buddies by Umbra.I took the negative review onboard, but have not had a problem with their size (even when one of my doors has a larger gap at the bottom due to a change in floor height between two rooms). I use Buddy's head to grab off the floor, otherwise they can be manoeuvred out of the way by your foot if you need to pass when they're in use.Ultimately, I now feel as though I have got two resident paratroopers scrambling across my carpet. A look I wasn't expecting to achieve, but one that is much preferred compared to the alternatives listed above!
