I did receive this item in exchange for an honest review and wow I am so very glad I did! I found so many things about this hair colour that I like. First and foremost, it is cruelty free vegan hair color! I am very allergic to so many hair dyes due to animal products in them so this is wonderful news for me! This is a semi permanent hair color which states it will last 5-30 washes and will evenly wash away. I always wanted to go purple but I never had the nerve. I am so happy my first time was with this product. My hair is so soft from the moisturizing aspect of the dye itself and the pastel purple color is beautiful!It comes in a 2.53 oz tube. The only thing I found was with long hair even with combing it through it was a stretch towards the end to cover it well so next time I think I will have two tubes ready. My hair is not real thick but I think that if you have thick hair you might find it would be good to have an extra ready just in case. My roots are lighter because that's where it is more gray so it is a darker purple but that's okay because I love the way it fades down to the pastel from there. I suppose if you do have lighter roots you might want to apply there last possibly. I love it though so for me it's perfect!Since I only wash my hair every two days usually because it gets dry I am not worried about it washing out too quickly and when it does I plan on doing this again and again. I think next time I will get two colors and do the ends a different color. The Rose didn't work at all on my hair, so I decided to try the silver. This time instead of 50 minutes, I left it on for an hour. Around my face, I did not dye the first row of hair leaving it white to blend in. I also did not use vaseline around my hairline or ears because last time it was hard to remove. Very easy directions since you don't have to mix anything - you just have to wash your hair with no conditioner and check the color every ten minutes. Since it was only a short commitment from 5-30 washes I figured how wrong could it go - I'd do a few streaks and see what happened. I did do the Brite Cruelty-Free Vegan Hair Colour in Silver first, sparingly streaking it which did not show up as I thought it would.
