Brandit M65 Giant Jacket is a very comfortable jacket, extremely warm in the snowy winter in January -17, and I unfastened the lining until I needed it. With lining it is very hot and slightly tight on the body. Of the minuses - there are no internal pockets. Overall the jacket is great!

Great parka. Only issue is it's a little different than the one I got about five years ago from Twisted Tactical that wore out. I bought this one to replace it. It's a little bit smaller size wise but acceptable. The liner doesn't have pockets like the old one did and the buttons snaps and zippers are a little different. Epaulets are a little different. Still a great coat. Just be aware it has a few minor differences than the ones they were selling 5 years ago that I got from Twisted Tactical which doesn't seem to exist anymore. Both coats came from the same place in the UK so I'm guessing transatlantic vintage surplus is the same company
Nice jacket, well made with just enough detail without making you look like Johnny Rambo or Tackleberry! These jackets are quite large fitting. Im normally XL but went for the L to wear as a light weight summer jacket. If youre wearing as a winter jacket with the liner fitted and other layers then youll probably want to order your usual size. The liner is actually dark brown, not black as it sometimes looks in photos.

I have a few military jackets and this one is the best so far. It is comfortably roomy and very warm thanks to the removable inner lining - this is a jacket for all seasons. The overall construction seems very robust and the stitching is of good quality. Overall a practical garment rather than a fashion item - although some would definitely consider it cool!
I finally bought the Brandit M65 Giant jacket. Being 186 cm tall and weighing 106 kg, I chose size large. This time I got the right size when I bought it in linen. I am generally satisfied with the price and quality. I had to wait a while and lose a lot of nerves, but it was worth it. Winter in Australia, despite the lack of snow, is quite cold, so it will be useful. I recommend this type of jacket, especially for the price and good appearance.
cheap and good jacket for a mexican northeast winter. you can wear the inner lining in the morning and discard it at noon.
just recieved jacket, two weeks to get here. good time considering how far it came. nice looking jacket. the big problem is the lining. its too thick. it messes up the sizing. i'm 5 11, weigh 224 lbs. 47 inch chest. i order XL on all my jackets. as well as this time. with the liner in, it fits me like a large. the zippers just meet. without the liner, fits like a XXL. its in the 90s here, so im bare chested . the liner would be too hot in all but the coldest climate. i don't intend to ever use the liner, so i wish i got the large. without the liner, it would fit like a XL. i usually just ware a tshirt under my jacket. if it gets reel cold i add a hoody. also zipper on wrong side, sleeves way too long. and pockets way to small. i don't think the chinese will ever get ...
