Bosch Professional 720W 125mm Corded Angle Grinder With 3 Discs

Previously I had a 100mm cheap angle grinder and have used plenty before that so I have a pretty good reference when comparing this unit. I decided to get a 5" this time to get a bit more depth to my cuts. The gear box is nice and small which allows more of the disc to be used than some cheaper units.Firstly the slimline body really is a joy to hold. Its circumference is small enough that I can comfortably hold it with one hand if required and use for long periods of time without getting a cramped or exhausted hand. It's light too, which makes it easy to manoeuvre. The shank lock button activates smoothly and makes it easy to change discs - the included tool has a nice wide set of teeth which provide a good bit and allow you to change discs without slipping and hurting your hand.Perhaps my favourite feature of this grinder though, is the quick start/stop action - it fires up really quickly and quietly and stops just as quickly, making it safe to put down soon after turning it off. I can't comment on the longevity as I haven't used it for long but it seems to have a good build quality. Overall all these small things add up to a really pleasant experience and I would recommend this unit.

Very light and easy to operate. I has so far completed every job with ease and great performance.

I checked out the reviews and chose this Bosch grinder to cut pavers and blocks for my Xmas DIY project. I have a number of Bosch tools and they have all been great. Had an issue with the grinder and had to contact Bosch to sort it out. They sent me a replacement grinder and now I can finish my project. Really appreciate the great customer service and support. I will be buying Bosch again when I need another piece of kit to add to my collection.
