The Best Quality Of It's Exact TypeThis product (unlike most every other similar product) does NOT have maltodextrin or any other kind of dextrin, all of which are very bad stuff that are reputed to cause inflammatory bowel disease. Also, this product has 25% less sugars than the exact same category competing products, which is a big plus health wise. Also it has zero high fructose corn syrup and regular corn syrup (both are identical in spite of what the industry wants you to think), and both are reputed to be very bad. There are no artificial colors either, so that is still another safety factor since artificial colors are mostly carcinogens. So in summary, this Boost High Protein is a VERY GOOD QUALITY product and it tastes good also!

Very pricey - not just at Walmart. We purchased this several times wherever it was available. This item is typically used for cancer/chronic illness patients who cannot eat, as I purchased for my husband. I feel like this is purposeful price inflation (by all vendors, not just Walmart) because of the nature of its use - you are in a bad health situation and have to have it. It served its purpose and we donated the leftover to those who cannot afford to buy it.

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA

I buy hundreds of bottles of Boost High Protein (vanilla flavor) for a loved one. Last time I went to buy Boost (months ago) I noticed the “less sugar” yellow sticker in the bottles. Once I tried it I disliked the flavor because of the aftertaste. Come on! Please! You can STILL put less sugar WITHOUT having to add that crap which is artificial sweeteners.Please bring back the old formula, put 10% less sugar and NO STEVIA, no liquid glucose and we will still be happy. Don’t lose your customers over that, you already have other options with artificial sweeteners

Boost enables a soccer star

Boost has been the perfect drink for my daughter before each of her competitive soccer games. Before she began drinking boost her energy would lag during the second half. Not now. When she first started drinking Boost she could immediately tell that she had more energy. Now she takes it for granted! She will also grab one in the morning before school if we're in a rush. And what's most important is that it tastes great. We tried a lot of the other protein drinks and they were all blah. So I am definitely indebted to Nestle for "boosting" my daughter's energy during soccer games, successfully!!!

Chocolate is good enough

I buy these for my dad because he's losing weight due to PD. The strawberry is ok, a bit over powering in flavor. So when I have to switch from chocolate to strawberry, the site seems to think its a new subscription. Also, on automatic renewal, at just over $47, I shpuld be given free shipping. You offer it at $49. Less than $2? Come on. Don't be shady like that to struggling Americans.

Great Taste, for all but a small percentage

I use these (and the chocolate) instead of other brands because there is no artificial sweetener. Artificial sweeteners are not healthy for you. Stevia tastes great for MOST all of us. There is a small percentage of people who will find Stevia and its extracts to taste bitter. My suggestion - if you have never tried a product with Stevia before, try something sweetened with it first to make sure you don't taste any bitterness. This is why you will occasionally see a bad review in here as to taste. For the overwhelming majority, to us, it tastes great!

Great product/Great Company

This was my first time ordering from advanced healthmart. I was very pleased with how quickly the product got to me and with doing some price comparison they certainly provided the best price. As for the Boost shakes it was my first time trying them as well. I needed a bit more calories and protein for my lunch time meal and these have fit that perfectly. They are a bit thick liquid wise and have a protein shake type after taste but that is expected. I think they taste great though for what all you are getting from them and don't find it difficult to drink them at all. I would say they taste pretty good for a high calorie protein shake. My husband has throat cancer and cannot eat solid food. He has been using the high calorie for a couple of years now. He likes the taste. We add to it, with what he needs. We even throw in some ice cream. It keeps him at his weight and it provides most of the nutrients he needs. Too Much Added Sugar & Preservatives

I want to drink Boost more often to gain weight (1-2 daily now), but it has too much added sugar & preservatives. Reducing the sugar by half would be healthier. The preservative makes me feel thirsty the whole day, especially if I drink more than 1. I drink this to help maintain/gain weight (goal: 2000 cals/day) due to digestive issues. Pros: good quality--never got sick from using product so far (unlike competitor product which was recalled).

Will be ordering more. Much more.

For breakfast i'll mix one of each with some heavy whipping cream, a scoop of whey protein and a banana as well as a couple ice cubes to thin it out... Boom!
