Bob's Red Mill Double Acting Baking Powder (Al Free) 453g

A few days ago I was cooking rice in the kitchen. After tasting it, I saw some fall to the floor. As I leaned down to clean it up, I came back up so fast and not being mindful or connected, I banged my right shoulder on the granite countertop on my way up. Now, being a long time Abraham-Hicks student, I can assure you I was not aligned energetically when this happened. My thoughts and my energy were not completely Prana Boostie! LOL.

A real powerhouse and no added aluminum

I buy this particular brand of baking powder because it has no added aluminum. Purported health risks aside from using products containing/contained in aluminum, I can taste a difference in my baked goods when using this brand vs ones that do contain aluminum. It's subtle, but to my taste buds it's there. Also--this brand has always worked for me. It never fails to make things rise properly. It's a keeper!

Bob’s Red Mill is the best

I love this company. They are local to the state I live in and they are employee owned. They have been for years, far before there were companies getting B corp certification. Their products are excellent, price point is reasonable and they can be found pretty easily. One bag of baking powder lasts a long time and I usually end up using up the last of it close to the best used by date. I use this for all my baking needs. Bob’s Red Mill is quality without the high price. I also appreciate their consistent pricing. They haven’t decided to gouge their customers like other companies.

Excellent rise. Compensation needed.

Rises extremely well, but compensate if you're used to regular baking powder. I've been making corn bread with Bob's Red Mill medium grind organic cornmeal and it turns out perfect every time. Today I used Bob's Red Mill aluminum free baking powder and made the recipe as usual. It overflowed in my oven! I'll have to search around to see what people suggest for cutting back...half the amount? I wish there had been a note on the package especially considering this is a Bob's Red Mill ingredient.

Excellent, the ONLY baking powder I will use

I love this baking powder, and Bob's Red Mill offer high quality baking ingredients to make my baking creations consistently perfect. I love that there is no aluminium and when I use a lot of the product for high rise bakes, there is no awful metallic taste that some other inferior products produce. I find the bag is the perfect size and I use it within a good amount of time. I do store the bag in an airtight container in the fridge to prolong freshness. The bag cab be problematic on its own due to the seal and the nature of the powder going everywhere. Best on the market!

My cupcakes were flat before using this product. I love it being aluminium free.My cakes comes out airy and fluffy after using this product. A little goes a long way.All in all it’s a great product for baking and the resealable packaging is very handy.Add a little to your meat marinade will make the meat much tender.It is also a great product for cleaning and getting rid of odours.

No Aluminum Please

If you love cooking and baking but don’t want harmful metals in your ingredients than you’ll love this baking powder. Bobs Red Mill products are great and the company is employee owned. So the products are superior because if they’re not, the employees don’t make money. More businesses should use this model. Then the products would cost less and be better.
