It switchs off just after 5-6 hrs parking. Which is 1-2hrs less job than power pro for 20. It is absolutely weast of money. I don't recommend.

This costs under $150 vs. about $80 to $100 more for the Cellink B. It is smaller in size also which makes it easier to install under the dash, in the kickplate area, or under the seat. WORKS AS ADVERTISED: Fast charge time of only about 1hr provides for hours of power to the dashcam. Since power comes from the Blackvue and not the car battery, there is no risk of the car battery being drained and leaving one stranded with the car not starting. LED lights provide charge level and charge status. MISCELLANEOUS: I've purchased an AC to DC power adapter so that I can charge it at home in the garage if need be. It is rated at 6 amps since the Blackvue maximum input amp rating is 6.5amps. I've also purchased a cigarette lighter plug that I will power from the fusebox. I will then plug the Blackvue to this socket. Doing this whis will allow me to reclaim the cigarette lighter socket on the dash that the Blackvue is now hogging full time. I can use that socket for charging a mobile device, etc. or not at all to keep the dash nice and tidy. Thumbs up for the Blackvue Power Magic Batter Pack B-112. UPDATED 12/26/2017: The battery lasts about 5-6 hrs. If you need to power your dashcam longer than that, you may want to get the CellLink B where you can get an additional battery so that you could extend the length of time you maintain power to your dashcam when the first battery is exhausted.
I got this so I wouldn't have battery issues. With this I have had nothing but battery issues with multiple settings. Finally got tired of it and got a Cellink neo battery.
Well it was kind of an easy install. The main problem was the tight quarters of my sports car it was hard to get into a good place to make chassis ground connection. That of course was no fault of the device. Works great I set the voltage cut off at 12.5 volts. and the timer for 48 hours since I use a 128GB SD card. For those wondering, you can connect the constant to ignition start fuse terminal in most cars. It provides a constant 12 v output. I would highly recommend using two add a fuse wiring kits. One for the constant and the other for the acc setting. Most items on the fuse box are going to only provide power when the key is turned on so finding an acc is easy. Of course don't mess with air bag terminals or anything critical.
Easy to use and set up. Small enough to locate the product out of sight. Holds a charge long enough for parking temporarily in public places. Better to replace this than a drained car battery.
Didnt work. I double checked all wiring using a DVM and the PMP failed to have enough output voltage to operate the dash cam. In any case, the green light also didnt come on.
I replaced this last weekend as an replacementh of my 6 months old version 1 of the same product.The sad part is very poor battery life, my car is a hybrid so the battery is always charged but since Blackvue 650 keeps filming all night the battery isn't good enough.The good part is the 2 USB-ports.
I was one of the unfortunate that got a non worning unit it does not work for parking mode which is its primary purpose would not recommend. I was really looking forward to setting it all up and it working but no luck. And yes I made sure to connect it correctly using a fuse that has constant power and no prevail. I have have up and I'm just gonna go with a simple hardwire kit.
