I buy it always for my parents who are over 60. It is recommended by doctors and my parents are really happy with it. Also, as my time is tight, i order it online which does not take long to arrive.
Started taking this due to blood pressure going up, so far it seems to be working. BP gradually heading back down. Very happy.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and I can definitely say that it does make my hair healthier and nails stronger. I have brittle nails that always chip and coarse frizzy hair but with the help of Blackmore vitamin E, nails and hair have improved dramatically.
Don't know if these are good or not, because I cannot swallow them. They are such a large size, 2.5cms long (nearly 1 inch).Why not make them smaller and advise people to take 2 daily.Have discarded and will never buy anything from the Blackmores range again. Size is totally ridiculous.
