I love the idea of nasalettes, essential oils, etc. But the smell of this is terrible to me. I got it for free because of an offer at the time. I didn't know it had Nag Champa & Patchouli in it, which are scents I don't like, so that probably explains why I'm not a fan. It smells really strong to me & I can't really smell much else other than those 2 scents. I might try some other naselettes from Black Chicken one day though.

About 6 months ago, I experienced a lack of confidence reversing out of my driveway. My driving forward was fine, but where I had been backing out of my driveway for over 30 years without any problems, I started having trouble when performing this very easy task. I sometimes scraped the side of my car on rocks which lined my driveway or run over garden beds. The more I tried to correct my position on the driveway, the worse I got and after several attempts, I would give up and stay home. Without these aids, I dont believe that I would have succeeded. As I breathe in, I can feeling them calming me down.Without using these two Inhalers, I wouldnt think of attempting to back out of the driveway. They are marvellous! I use them now without even thinking, before I pick up my keys. If I do forget to pick them up, I go back and get them. Occasionally, I may not reverse exactly in the right direction but the Nasalettes keep me calm and I dont panic. I just adjust my wheel and calmly reverse out and I'm on my way.

Having tried other products in the Black Chicken range I came across the Nasalette products. Purchased this to help with sinus issues and colds. It works fantastically and provides an amazing alternative to over the counter medication. My 7-year-old was also able to use this when she had a cold and said it helped clear up her nose. I felt the blend of essential oils could be a little stronger but apart from this it is an amazing product.
I purchased one of these for flights - Anxiety on planes often takes over me so I like to be prepared, especially for business travel. While I do take ginger chews I find this calms my mind, which stops nausea brought on by anxiety. It's soothing and smells good, blocking that stale air scent planes often smell like.I just realised it's refillable which makes me so happy! I'm about to pick one up for my brother who is taking a long haul trip.
I grab this when feeling a little anxious or stressed and the pleasant, light aroma helps with my mindset. Its not overpowering like some others. Easy to have in my handbag to use on the go. And also lovely at night whilst in bed ready to relax and head off to sleep.

Hi I was on holiday for 7 weeks and just came back.I decided to buy the serenity nasalette because I get really anxious when flying. I inhale it before take off and whenever I feel anxious throughout my flight and it calm me down and I was able to relax and enjoy my flight.I found I was able to go on cable car and actually enjoy the view instead of being frozen with fear.
