Each 5 g serve provides approximately 4890 mg hydrolysed marine collagen and 10 mg hyaluronic acid, plus vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A (380 μg), Vitamin C (24 mg), Biotin (50 μg) and Selenium (16.5 μg). Biotin and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. The powder is virtually tasteless and dissolves completely in water, smoothies, shakes or soups for easy daily use. Directions: Dissolve 1 scoop (5 g) in warm water or your favourite drink. I brought this product a month ago after H&B stopped selling My previous collagen in a capsule form, after chatting with the sales assistant I thought I would give this a go. After a month of taking this twice a day I am amazed !!! My skin is much more plumped no wrinkles on my hands and less on my face and around my eyes!!! My hair feels thicker and I have that natural bounce back also my nails are no longer brittle and breaking and I have nice looking nails for once.I put this on my weetabix in a morning and also in porridge I also put a scoop in My protein shake at night. I have also tried this in my green tea when I have a small amount left I pop in a scoop mix with a spoon and quickly drink it. Sometimes I can taste it but hey the results are amazing !!! And ... I didn’t plan to buy this product but was in a rush and cant resist a offer! Now I don’t want to live without it! My nails have never grown just splintered no matter how much I looked after them now with the same lack of care The growth rate and thickness of them is unbelievable! Fine lines around my mouth have gone and I feel like my lips are more youthful and fuller and I found even some of my old scars have softened and faded! My hair has also improved but I can’t say if this is down to this product or another hair product! I did find it didn’t mix very well but I now pop it in my tea and works fine! I highly recommend this product!

I can’t comment on the effectiveness yet. As some reviews say it’s very hard to dissolve & will only dissolve in warm/hot liquid. It does have quite a strong fishy smell & slight taste too. I’m considering returning my unopened tubs.

Been using the product every day for about 5 weeks. My joints feel better and not sure if it’s a coincidence but i’m sleeping better too! On the downside, no difference to my skin at all. It does have a taste, not fishy but something “off”. I add to my morning yoghurt and can taste it still but after a few days I got used to the taste. The taste in yoghurt, is not too unpleasant. Will continue for a further. month to see if any changes in skin.
When I first tried this I thought it was awful. I mixed it in water. Now I mix in my cereal, my yoghurt and my coffee and you cannot taste it whatsoever. I have been taking this for two-and-a-half months. I noticed that my toenails were getting stronger, and I noticed that my fingernails were not flaking anymore. Now my fingernails finally have some length again. I feel that my skin is not so dried out looking. I have a lot of faith in this product and will continue to use it. Four stars only because I have not been using it for long and it's early days yet.
I have used three pots of it so far and I have now baby hairs growing from the hairline onwards and my nails doesn’t break anymore. Haven’t noticed any difference in my skin. It mixes very easily with half glass of hot water and I mix the normal drinking water into it to bring it into the warm temperature which can be drunk straight away. No specific flavour or smell once mixed. Hardly notice any taste difference. I also use the iron spray under my tongue. Combination of this is working really well for hair!
Been using Bioglan for nearly a year and pleased with results up to now. Just stocked up while on promotion and have noticed a change, not only different packaging but the powder now has a pure white almost like icing sugar consistency which is a lot different from the usual and while my previous tubs have been almost flavourless, this new batch has a putrid smell and taste, time to try out a different brand. Wish they wouldn't change things, very disappointed, will have to use up as its expensive, but will now source an alternative
I bought the dos and Co collagen powder and used it for about 5 month, nothing happened except my hair become more oily. So after reading good reviews about this brand I switched but after a while have seen no changes. My nails haven't grew, my hair stayed the same and my skin actually appears a little worse.Im 29 and I lost about 2stone and sadly a lot came off my face leaving me with some sagging skin around my under eyes and cheakbones, also have some forhead lines. Really didn't want to go down the botox/fillers line so tried collagen and sadly it's not done anything to help. It's the third collagen brand I've used over a long time period and none of them have really improved my skin. I think it's a waste of money and possibly false hope.
I bought 4 of these to try.I have gained alot of weight in 3 months since I started taking bioglan powder.(from 55kg to 62.5 kg , I have always been size 10 before)First two box had been easy to dissolve in cold water but the 3rd did not dissolve easy even in hot water.Not much change on my hands or nails (still dry hands and nails not strong)My face is rounder, hard to say if it is the weight gain or if it is the bioglan that it works that way.Taste is not good , I should have ordered tablets.I had a break before starting the 4th box and not planning to order more after finishing it.
Wow the taste is awful! It doesn't dissolve easily, clumps into a horrible goo. I've only been using it for 2 weeks so not noticed a difference, it better be outstanding as I am gagging everytime I take it! And I still have another tub to get through. Wish me luck!
