A lot of people have found old scars, new scars, stretch marks and the like have all been benefited by this oil but hear me out….nighttime skincare on your face. Tik Tok trends and Insta marketing flooded my feed with complex and multi step skincare routines, but after a little research it turns out our faces don’t like being played with that much. Simple, consistent routines have done the best by me personally. And an INTEGRAL part of that routine has become this! I use a little bit at night after a gentle makeup remover and facial cleanser and let it soak in for the evening. The results are MAGICAL! When I do have occasional acne, the residual dark spots that are left behind by healing extractions fade quickly and even out in no time. My skin is clear, plump and ... The Bio-oil Skincare Oil is one of the best products I have used for my skin. I was introduced to this oil by my sister who was using it when she was pregnant. It has helped her throughout her pregnancy when she had scars and dry skin. After seeing improvements on her skin, I decided to give it a try to see if it would help me with my skin concerns. After using it, I started noticing a lot of changes and improvements. My face felt moistured, plumped, and very soft. I noticed my face looked healthy and glowy even after one use. To use the product, I simply apply it before my moisturizer and I have not experienced any reactions on my sensitive skin. I am using my second bottle at the moment and will definitely purchase more. During winter time, bio-oil is my skins best friend. I can never go out without it. I would recommend this oil for anyone who is looking to find solutions for their scars, stretch marks, or even to nourish and hydrate their skin.

This product (potentially) saved me hundreds of dollars. A while back I managed to take a nasty fall and a sharp rock had impaled the area where my cupid bow is. It was nasty. I went to urgent care to which they told me I'd need to go to a plastic surgeon to have them figure something out. Plastic surgery is expensive (as we all know) so I thought I'd try my best to help it heal myself. I bought a bio-oil bottle once the open wound healed a bit and used it every day for about 6 months or so. The results truly do speak for themselves. The cut closed up and no red is visible! The scar has now completely faded. I am aware that time also played a role in this and this was not the sole magic bio-oil that healed me. However, I do believe it sped up the process and faded ... I’ve been using this since my first pregnancy (I’m on my 3rd blessing). Bio oil is a holy grail for soon to be mamas and postpartum. I recommend it to any one expecting!! I pour the oil into my palms and rub it onto my belly and milk makers (even my buns and thighs) Then I add a pump of Palmers coco belly lotion/butter. I do it 3 TIMES A DAY. Do this as soon as you’re 2 months, get yourself used to it. Out the shower in the morning in the afternoon during your lunch break when you arrive home or before bed. Literally, you will be so happy you did it and were consistent. The smell is great and people complaining about the price must not know how worth it this stuff truly is. Listen, if you have some stretch marks already, this stuff helps fade them away! Most ... MoreI’ve been using this since my first pregnancy (I’m on my 3rd blessing). I absolutely loved this product. First thing I do is notice the smell and this smells gorgeous. It smells fresh, natural and relaxing. The oil doesn't feel greasy once it is rubbed in. I have used it on a recent scar and on my face. It works well as a facial oil. I need to exfoliate my skin on face about once a week in order for creams to soak in. If I rub some bio-oil onto my face after exfoliating and then put moisturiser after that, the hydration is even better. My face glows after this extra step and feels dewy. I don't know what long term effect it will have on my scar as it has only been two weeks but it does keep it soft. I definitely plan to continue using this. I love the scent and feel. It is also good for hydrating elbows which can get a bit rough.
I'm pregnant with my first kiddo and everyone swears by this. So, I picked it up. I know it won't prevent stretch marks but I ended up having some form on my breasts and wanted to get a head start on the healing process. Holy crow... How does anyone pregant stand this smell?! It's like... the smell of a thousand old ladies. I'm sure it's not that bad if you don't have the hyper smelling capabilities, but non-fragranted would have been great if it was possible. I will say it dries QUICK and reminds me of a dry oil. It also didn't hinder my lotion being absorbed into my skin immediately after. So, those things were nice. I also noticed it has retinyl palmitate in it. I asked my midwife about it and they suggested not using it since the jury is still out on whether or ... So, other than the horrible smell and the retinyl palmitate, I think it's a great oil for helping to boost your skins moisture levels if you're not pregnant.
