We have had our Billi for over 6 years and can not rate highly enough. It has been very reliable, economical to use and has performed without fault. Ordering the filters is easy and they easy to install. Overall so happy that we just sold our house and will installing a new Billi as soon as move in.

Billi tap has cleaned up our bench top by removing our kettle. No longer will we either wait for the kettle to boil, or boil a kettle and have to re-boil again because it has gone cold. Teas in an instant, pasta brought to the boil for dinner so much quicker. Wouldn't have a kitchen without our Billi Tap in the future.
I have had tap connected for over a month and have not been able to enjoy it. Firstly the tap cracked which caused it to not only not work but randomly ran the water by itself. We have had a technician attend however it is still erratic and now waiting for technician to return. Not too happy with item actually.

I bought this product one year ago. I like the hot and cold water dispensing but the dispensing black button is poor quality, has broken once and needed replacement and now loose fitting and can lift off easily.
This last week we have had a short stay in Canberra and 12 hrs in Sydney. In Canberra we had to buy bottled water as the water in our accommodation tasted and looked like swamp water. The local council assured us it was safe to use.. We had a 2hr stop over at my sister in laws house in Sydney and they have the BILLI INTERGRATED FILTERED WATER SYSTEM. That dispenses cold water and sparkling water.. We haven't seen these family members for years. 90% of our 2hr vist was ohhing and aching, trying and talking about the BILLI. I didn't take a picture because I didn't know about the competition, but I can tell you that my wife and I have already picked a glass jar to start the spare change collection to add to the budget we have assigned from this year's tax returns. We replaced our old Zip Hydrotap and are so happy with our new Billi instant boiling water and filtered water tap.It has amazing flow & we love how you can double tap for constant flow to fill up large bottles. It encourages us to drink more water & we have peace if mind knowing it doesn't have impurities.We're a super happy Billi tap owner & love that it is an Australian product.
