Connection problems & audio cut off GALORE
16 June 2023

I THOUGHT these were a steal in December but I've had more issues with these ear buds than the first gen Airpods I still have. The audio cut offs were rare at first, (issue shouldnt exist in the first place imo, especially if they're brand new) but now I can barely go 5 minutes without the audio cutting out for 2 seconds. It's annoying especially when it's for phone calls. As for connections, simply removing them from the case won't connect to your device 70% of the time. I've had to "forget" the buds on my bluetooth settings multiple times just to reconnect them entirely. Even that won't reconnect them, you'll either have to press & hold the buds' buttons or the case's pairing button on the inside to reconnect them. Once they are connected, they'll disconnect on their own on a handful of occasions too, I'm a little worried this will happen more often like the audio cut off. The sound quality is a 8.5/10, I'll give them that but that's the ONLY good thing about these buds. Definitely invest in another brand/ear bud, I've had these for 6 months & it's not getting any better!

Don’t waste your money on this

At first they worked great, sounded good, transparency mode worked, and noise cancellation mode was solid, but probably about two months after having them they started to progressively get worse and worse. First and foremost the battery life on them leaves a lot to be desired the item description claims the earphones last at least 8 hours but from my experience I’d be lucky if I got 4 out of them. Secondly, they got to the point where I can’t even use Noise cancellation or transparency mode without having this obnoxious, loud whistling noise going through your ear at all times pretty much making both modes redundant. Supposedly there is a workaround but the amount of effort you have to go through in order to fix this seemingly common problem is ridiculous ...Ā MoreAt first they worked great, sounded good, transparency mode worked, and noise cancellation mode was solid, but probably about two months after having them they started to progressively get worse and worse. Supposedly there is a workaround but the amount of effort you have to go through in order to fix this seemingly common problem is ridiculous considering the price of the item to where I feel it shouldn’t even be a problem to begin with. Also this is probably just a personal issue but it is almost impossible to get these earphones comfortably in your ear without having the fear of them falling out regardless if I change the actual ear piece. All in all, either save up a little more money and get some AirPods or some other high quality ear phones or get something cheaper and you probably will get almost the same exact quality if not better than the beats studio pros. This is the second pair of beats I’ve ever own and both times I have been disappointed and have got better quality Headphones and earphones from other brands. After this I’m pretty sure I’m cool with the idea of never getting another pair of beats.

Good for music, but not the best for phone calls.

I purchased these for my husband. He has the Powerbeats Pro totally wireless earbuds, but there is something wrong with the battery, and they won’t stay charged long anymore (I have these also, and mine work just fine). So, I made this purchase during a sale before Christmas. It was a great deal, as the sale price was good. My husband only thinks they are ā€œokā€ and still wants a new set of the Powerbeats Pro totally wireless. My personal complaint is when I am talking to him and he is wearing these new tiny earbuds, the sound quality is completely inconsistent. Sometimes I can hear him well, other times I can barely hear him. Background noises come across as very loud. My biggest dislike is the echo I hear. Sometimes I can hear him well, other times I can barely hear him. Background noises come across as very loud. My biggest dislike is the echo I hear. It’s not constant, but when it’s there, it drives me crazy because I hear an echo of everything I am saying to him. Quite frankly, it’s hard to have a conversation like that because it sounds like someone else is talking the entire time you are as well. My husband doesn’t hear the echo, but I do, and I think if anyone tries to use these earbuds for phone calls is going to find that everyone they talk to will complain about hearing an echo. So, my conclusion is that if you like really tiny earbuds, and you only want them for music or other audio to listen to, then these may work fine, especially if they are on a good sale. They could be exactly what you want. However, if you plan on using these for phone calls, I think you will be dissatisfied. They work if you have to use them, but the quality is far inferior to the Powerbeats Pro totally wireless earbuds.

Especially comparing them to the airpods pro, those do a much better job with noise cancellation and the sound quality of music playing is ok. And Lastly they definitely aren’t comfortable staying in my ear for a long time. It often falls out and it’s very hard to keep them positioned. Overall the battery life is ok. I will say it drains a lot of juice to recharge them compared to the airpods case, which can be annoying. Definitely going to just get another pair of AirPods and maybe sell these bad boys

Not worth the price
8 February 2023

I've had these earbuds for roughly 2.5 months, and I am already unhappy with them.I thought I just needed some time to get used to them, but that isn't the case - they've only got worse.Every time you try to adjust these, you will either mute your music or hangup your call because of a major design flaw. They are very sensitive and just slightly touching either earbud will allow you to press the button that is present on either one of them. This button will mute or hangup. There is a setting in the app to change what pressing the button does for calls, so you can make it a double press to hangup, but nothing for pausing media. So that's super annoying. The right earbud, at least for me, seems to cut out frequently. Not entirely, it's just an annoying crackle ...Ā MoreI've had these earbuds for roughly 2.5 months, and I am already unhappy with them.I thought I just needed some time to get used to them, but that isn't the case - they've only got worse.Every time you try to adjust these, you will either mute your music or hangup your call because of a major design flaw. Not entirely, it's just an annoying crackle sound for a second. This is probably just a defect in my pair. Whatever. These earbuds have terrible range. Don't plan on moving more than 10 feet way from both the case and connected Bluetooth device, otherwise you will begin to lose connection.Aside from these complaints, they are fairly average earbuds. The quality is nothing I couldn't have found cheaper, elsewhere. I like to purchase from the same brands that I trust, but this time, Beats let me down. Would not recommend.,
