It arrived this morning. Instructions are not sufficient ans cheap little plastic ring holds shaving blades in place. It came out and wouldn't go back in properly. After a while I rang customer service listed on the box. They didn't have a copy of the instructions or the product so couldn't help me. Don't buy this!!!!

Disappointing. Does not live up to advertising. I found that it does not remove hair from roots as stated.
Moter is strong Three in one is handy and the price is pretty good at sales time
