BabyBjorn - Slate Blue One Air Mesh 3D Baby Carrier

So I brought the carrier one with the intention of being able to walk my pain in the butt dog without needing the pram. (He is a puller with no sense of walking in a straight line) And my goodness what a game changer! I'm able to walk the dog, mop the floors and generally get things done when my little human just wants to be held. The leopard print was a bonus as it's my partners least favourite pattern. As a running joke I always have one item on me thats leopard print. So this was extra an selling point and perfect for us ?

A robust carrier, comfortable and supportive

High quality, feels robust and safe for our 5 month baby boy. The bib addition is certainly worth the extra ££ to add a softer layer where his little face and currently toothless gums like to chew.We bought this carrier as a next step from another BB classic carrier we have for newborn; what makes it work for us in this one is that it has a great lumbar support and distributes the weight of the baby more evenly as opposed to all of it focusing on the shoulders.My husband is very tall at 190cm, while I’m average height at 168cm. It’s certainly our most frequently used “accessory” now and would recommend it to other parents.The only downside, in a way, is that when it’s not in use, it looks a bit bulky so its storage is not as discrete as the newborn versions. However, we find that the back support it offers certainly outweighs this one drawback.

Absolutely worth it!

We bought this for my son just before he turned 4 months old & wish we’d had it from birth!He absolutely loves it! He seems so comfortable in it & the position of the toy bar is perfect. By his second go in the chair he’d figured out how to play with it and has so much fun spinning & watching the shapes.He gently bounces himself in it & is really content. It’s the only thing he seems happy in that allows me a few minutes to grab a drink/put some washing on etc. Total game changer!The chair itself is pretty light weight and is nowhere near as bulky as some other bouncers/rockers. I can’t rate it highly enough - it’s been worth every penny for us.

Beats Other Brands

As a mum, I wanted a carrier that was comfortable and easy enough to do by myself. I went to the Oxford street store and tried on a few other brands and as soon as I put this carrier on, I knew it was the one I wanted. Firstly, this carrier doesn't have push clips like the others and this made the biggest difference because I found with the the push clips, I was faffing for too long trying to clip them or undo them. It just took too much time and I knew my baby would get frustrated. I also felt the other carriers with push clips have so many parts to them that you get confused whereas this babybjorn one is easy to put on as you just slip it over your head and have a hook to connect the belt part, then the clips on this one are much easier as they just slide into ... MoreAs a mum, I wanted a carrier that was comfortable and easy enough to do by myself. You then simply pull the straps to tighten at the back. I bought this one over the move version as this is up to 3 years and even though I will not be carrying my baby until 3 years, my boyfriend certainly will. The move one is only up to 15 months. The air mesh is also extremely comfortable and soft for baby.

I am someone who goes and buys the same thing but from diffferent brands to compare and see what I like and dislike about them as I am a first time mom and want nothing but the best for my son. Let me tell you this baby carrier is amazing, the best one I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried and used many. It’s light weight, stylish, practical,reliable, breatheable, easy to use and super comfortable for baby and parent. The straps are adjustable there’s wonderful neck support for the baby and you know your baby is safe. The strap that goes around your waist hugs the hips nicely and disperses the weight evenly and so well that you can go for hours carrying your little bundle of joy. I bought the air one carrier it’s really lovely it’s made of cotton it’s a little heavier than the air mesh but both are great the air one is good for colder weather as it is solid, while the air one mesh is better for spring and summer as it allows a breeze through the material and keeps you cooler. I’ve been using it with a snow suit though! Ones all I need and gifted the other to a friend. When you first look at it it seems complicated and like there’s lots going on but you just put it over your shoulders fasten the hip belt and snap baby in! Just a reminder to unzip the front by the belt linebacker I put my baby in without realising and he started crying... I noticed his legs were spread apart really wide and I hadn’t unzipped it! So have them unzipped and zip up after they’re inside :) 5* highly recommend

Game changer

My son hated being in the baby carrier from birth mainly because the one we had previously was so fiddly to put on, it took 2 people to get him in and as a mum with a baby, you really don't have the time or energy to spend 20 mins trying to perfect the baby carrier position! A friend recommended the BabyBjorn One Air and I was so impressed - it is so easy to get him in and out (even now he is older and more wriggly), easy to adjust and so good to travel with through the airport without needing to go on mission impossible to use it. Also the mesh is good warm weather but honestly, any baby carrier is going to make a baby hot as you are passing body heat to them so I would always keep that in mind when using in hot weather. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a really good sturdy and reliable carrier

Really good carrier that can adjust to adults size really well however my baby is 4 months old and I find that the top clips annoy my son if he’s awake and they’re not adjustable. I originally had an ergo carrier that didn’t fit me at all but this one fits perfect. Super comfy and lots of back support. I wish the bottom bit was a little wider to make it slightly more comfortable for my son to get his legs into the desired ‘m’ shape. I’m probably being a little too picky but I would definitely use this for my next child. Folds down super small. Easy to get on and off when you’re alone unlike other carriers.

Perfect baby carrier! (if you are tall enough)

This carrier has quickly become one of my very favorite carriers. I was hesitating quite long time before buying it, because the reviews were very inconsistent. All in all, I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision. Carrier is very well made, seems to be sturdy, really comfortable for both the wearer and baby. But, I think it is not the best choice for the shorter people, as the construction is really long, and I can’t imagine shorter people to be comfortable in it. For reference I am 5’8 and it fits me perfectly. I am very happy I have finally gave it a chance!

I read the reviews that there are doubts on this score, but we have it that way. It is necessary to read the instructions and properly adjust the backpack. Moreover, it is easy to do, even on an intuitive level. And the fact that the baby is comfortable, I realized when she began to fall asleep in it :)4) Comfortable shoulder straps and a belt for the parent. The weight of a baby is not felt at all. Everything is regulated.5) Compact, lightweight. We will definitely take it with us on our next vacation.
