feels good, nice and light makes it good for doubles, good for volley and lob, but still capable of hitting a decent ground stroke. Doesn't create as much of a penetrating ground stroke as the Pure Drive Tour, but still decent. It's easy to create racket-speed with this lighter racket.

I’m using Babolat raquets since more then 10 years. I started with model Pure Drive Roddick which was the best fit for me, but as it was withdrawed couple of years ago, I choosed the Pure Drive Tour as the most similar option. The model that I bought now is the best of all.

I am a recreational player, a middle school coach, and assistant varsity coach. I wanted to upgrade my racket but don't play enough matches to justify the newest higher priced models. I have been using this racket for about a week in practice situations and so far it feels great. If you want/need a solid racket but don't need the most current model I would recommend this.

The Pure Drive Tour is the weightier older sibling of the regular Pure Drive. This racquet fit a very niche and underserved market. The weight of the racquet fits squarely within a traditional "players frame" specs, while the beam width and stiffness a made to serve the modern game and offer lots of power and spin. This combination is truly unique in a tennis racquet these days.As a competitive level player who plays at a high level and has a baseline game of heavy topspin and powerful strokes, this racquet is my stick of choice. Truly fun to play with and packs a punch in the right hands.
We bought this racquet as a backup for our daughter to have at tennis meets (already had this model, just older). This is a review of this company; not the racquet. I communicated via text when needing to place an order and I felt like I had a very one-on-one experience. Very responsive, helpful and personalized service. I would definitely do business again!
I really like the feeling of it. The control and stability whit the ball impact is amazing. 315g heavy but perfect for power.
This racquet is more similar to the previous model before the 2015 model. It plays like the original Roddick racquet.Babolat has defintiely improved their quality with this racquet.
The Pure Drive Tour has the same dimensions as the Pure Drive but is a bit more heavier but still head light. The extra weight, towards the handle, allows less effort to drive base shots with pace. Being head light allows quicker response on volleys and net play. If you enjoy the Pure Drive the PD Tour is a step up as your tennis game improves. I noticed an immediate improvement in my service game, I’m more consistent and my serves have more pace and more accurate placement. The extra heft of the racquet allows me to swing easier and the racquet does the work. I use hybrid strings too.
What a pleasant surprise! Service is excellent and professional. Product was a good pick for me and my tennis ability. I have a tendency to get attached to my racquet so moving forward with new equipment is always an adjustment. Not this time. Very happy.
Purchased this for my 12 yo son to transition to an adult sized racquet. Due to the low weight and only slightly more than the 26 inch he has found it very easy to play with and appreciates a little more power. Does lack the power that a heavier racquet gives but perfect for transition and keeping form
