Never place on heat source empty or let to boil dry. Hand-wash only with warm soapy water. Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers and steel scouring pads as this will scratch the surface. To remove hard-water mineral deposits from inside of kettle: Fill kettle with equal parts water and white vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
