The Avanti Pasta Rack is the essential tool for drying your freshly made pasta. The rack promotes fast and even drying and holds up to 1.8kgs of fresh pasta allowing you to dry a large batch at once. This is exactly as described and made making pasta so so easy. The little wand that comes out of the top to place the pasta on is something you won’t be able to go without once you start using it.
I ordered rack this after trying to dry fresh pasta by hanging over chairs, broomstick etc.Having a fold away sturdy rack at varying levels, as well as the acrylic wand, has made pasta making so much more fun.Highly recommended.
I had looked at many similar products before choosing the Avanti Pasta Drying Rack. This is a fantastic size, pasta does not stick, the wand is a useful feature and it is half the price of some similar products. Highly recommended!
Ordered the Avanti Pasta Drying Rack for my Husband. Used on line as could find nothing around the shops. The whole experience was great. Easy to order, great price, Product came on time and had been well wrapped. The drying rack is brilliant to use and so easy to use. Folds flat for easy storage and non stick.
I had a plain cheap pasta drier, the one you dismantle after each use, it is time consuming and also far from stable. I just purchase this one, and it is easier to set up, a real breeze : pull out the 3 legs of the stand, and push the top drying arm around, it will put your drying racks in position in 1 second. It is also visually appealing, takes quite a few pastas, and looks like a robust item. So I recommend it warm heartedly!
