Im not entirely confident that the temperature is very accurate, I use it to check the oil temperature when Im deep frying & it seems to vary from one side of the pan to the other, I think I would probably be better off with a deep fryer instead but I

Im not entirely confident that the temperature is very accurate, I use it to check the oil temperature when Im deep frying & it seems to vary from one side of the pan to the other, I think I would probably be better off with a deep fryer instead but I

Very user friendly. Works for me as a thermometer for my body temperature as well. Just bear in mind, its usually 2 degrees higher than it reads in this case.
Good, for food we can measure and it memorise it's temperature throughout the day. It's good that this can be undertaken without actually touching the food and through glass refrigerator doors.
