GOOD PRODUCT.If you have oxidation or hazing/discolouration to your car's finish, then this is perfect for you.It's also good if you want to get out slightly more severe scratches in places.You gotta be careful with this stuff though!If you apply too much or rub too hard, you might cut through all the layers of your paint, as this is a very abrasive compound.After use, always best to use Autoglym Super Resin Polish to take out any minor bits left over. You'll be left with an excellent finish.See my other review of the Autoglym products. I've tried and tested them all.

I've always liked the quality of these products, they always produce a quality clean, restoration or finish. Autoglym's paint renovator is particularly good, especially for classic cars like my own. Unlike many other paint restorers, Autoglym's is more gentle and less abrasive, giving a superb finish. A truly recommendable product.

I had seagull droppings on the bonnet of my four month old car. I hosed it off but it left two very noticeable marks on the bonnet. I bout this product and applied and with a wee bit of elbow grease it dissapeared and the paintwork is as good as new! Fantastic product! Will buy more Autoglym products for my car .
I picked this up in store last week and gave it a go, the seal around the cap was an absolute *rse to get off, I ended up having to unscrew the cap to get the seal off . In the process I dropped the bottle and smothered myself in polish. Polish itself was good, did what I wanted it too.
Having tried numerous products to remove black streaks from our coated caravan unsuccessfully my brother in law gave my husband this to try, it worked a treat, ordered on line and collected, happy hubby!
You have to put a bit of hard work in, but with this product the end result is well worth it. Over the years I have tried many products like this and there was only one that came close (they don't make that any more). This one is the right one for the job !! I would recommend this product.
I bought this to remove a large bird dropping stain. This did nothing to it and I almost immediately used the product when it happened. Disappointed as a lot of reviews said it was a good product.
I'm a fan of Autoglym products - my car has the Lifetime shine treatment and I'd recommend it to anyone.So, when there were a few hairline scratches to attend to I read the car magazine reviews and took little persuading.Quite simply it made no discernible difference. I had a couple of attempts; applied pressure and so on - all to no avail.My advice would be to ask around - see if you can see the results that someone else has achieved and then buy that product.My recommendation - Autoglym for most things but NOT for the paint renovator (which is supposed to remove "surface scratches)
I was out of my usual paint compound so had to pick something up from halfords, It's too thin(drips easy)and too dry(no lubricants)it does nothing(no cutting)and it's very hard to remove, using Maguires compound right after this the difference is night and day. Years of experience valeting and 3 years experience polishing cars. KochChemie H9 is the best but Maguires is also good.
