Have been using this product for a long time now and wouldn't use anything else. Not a big fan of the high shine look as tyres aren't that shiny when new. It's fake and unnatural looking IMO. This gives a more satin finish. But if you do want a bit more shine it does suggest on the bottle to add another coat if you're not satisfied. It's quite watery and will soak into the tyre rubber rather than sit on the surface so initially a few coats may be needed. After a few uses one coat is sufficient. Use a foam applicator to apply as it will drip all over your wheel if you try to spray it on direct. A little goes a very long way and at the minute it's £7.49 for 500ml making it amazing value.

This is a great product but you have to spray it on an applicator and not directly on the tire to avoid a mess.Leave to dry for a somewhat glossy finish or buff after 10min for a satin look. It's not the most durable dressing but it only takes a few minutes to apply so I use it after every wash.

Bought 11 August 2022, product runs everywhere, difficult to apply evenly. Simply cannot understand all the positive reviews. The worst Autoglym item I have used, better off with gel or foam tyre dressing. Very disappointed

Average product. Nowhere near as wet look as the Turtle Wax version which I’m used to using. More of a Matt black look. Excess spray runs white and takes some working to soak into the tyre. Will probably end up not using and buying the otherbrand. Shame as all other Autoglym products are such a high standard.
Bought this after trying other similar products. This is far superior. Easy spray application to tyre wall. I don't like a glossy tyre wall and with this product it's only a matter of wiping with a microfibre cloth to achieve a matt finish. Apparently for a more glossy finish don't wipe with a cloth after application.
Used it a few times so far and I must say I am really impressed. The shine lasts for more than 2 weeks and even after washing the car! The only negative thing is the sprayer mechanism, it sprays everywhere, even on the rims and then I have to wipe it off, but still leaves the rims sticky and attracts dirt quicker. Overall this is an excellent product for its purpose, shame on the sprayer though.
I’ve used this for some time now. Always reliable, I use it every time I wash the car. Simply spray onto the outside tyre surface and leave to dry. Tyres look like new again. It’s supposed to help reduce UV damage but I’m not sure about that. Worth using it just for the smart appearance. The price at Halfords is very competitive.
Having tried a number of other products on my tyres (mostly aerosol products) and never being 100% pleased with the results I thought I’d try this to see if it was any better. The product is a bit pricier than some of the alternatives, but the results are better, so overall it is worthwhile paying the extra. A bit messy to use, some of the product will drip onto the wheels so this area needs covering or wiping down afterwards. The results are great though, tyres look new and have stayed that way for the past couple of weeks so I’m impressed overall.
If you're looking for the ultimate long lasting professional tyre shine then you've arrived at your destination. I had tried foam, spray and brush on shines before but they are ok for a while and then fade away. This stuff is the business, looks amazing and easy to dispense without waste. Great vale for money too. I Have a 4X4 that goes over the muddy common 4 times a day and the shine now repels water and mud from the side of the tyre wall. Top marks for Autoglym products yet again. You get what you pay for. Don't be tight with your car care products get autoglym and get the best look first time, every time.
I have used this specific product and other Autoglym products since the 1980s and I have tried others but always come back and stay with Autoglym. The tyre dressing is not the cheapest but I prefer the silk finish which is blacks the tire without making it appear wet. Some other tyre dressings are, for me, far too glossy. I want my tyres to look as new which was between a silk and a matt finish while some others, applied with a brush or an aerosol result in a wet finish which is some other look I do not require. The applicator can express more dressing than is required which is wasteful. I apply single bursts and smear the tyre walls using a microclwth.
