GROWING & PROCESSING Indigenous to Australia, grown in Northern NSW and QLD, the macadamia nut tree is a small to large evergreen tree 2-12m tall. The fruit is very hard which contains one or two seeds which are then cracked open to show the nuts once sufficient moisture has gone.
